They’ll look to make their contributions working for playing time off the bench, one or two may start. They’ve had a good spring and summer playing basketball with their respective club teams, and high school.
He played his way into the Pangos Frosh Top 60 Game in September, that got our attention. The 6’4 W/F has a growing body, and an improving skill set to work with. He’ll work for rebounds, make good passes. He showed he could handle a bit in transition. He worked from the mid, and high post areas. He can hit the short jumper and defend bigger players in the post.
We saw Miles play with his SF Rebel Team. He’s a big ball handling guard that can play a physical game. He did well handling the ball up top, and passing in transition. He takes it strong to the basket off the dribble, he uses his body in and around the rim to complete the play, and get rebounds. He’s a willing passer. He can probably operate in the post area with his physical style of play.
He’s a long arm defensive minded prospect with the tools and movements to be a contributor right now on the defensive side of the ball. He’s good on ball, can stay on defender with a chance to block a shot. He’s a good passer, takes care of the ball. He’ll sprint the court for transition layups. He’ll help on the boards, take the open 3. He has a good upside to his game.
A solid ball handling guard, with good vision for passing it up, or along the perimeter. No flash he plays hard and aggressive. He has good foot speed to pressure defenders, to push the ball up court in transition. He had success on the drive, with paint jumpers. He has the range to hit open 3ptrs.
He’s an offensive minded guard. He has some tools to work with. At this point he’s still adjusting to the varsity level. He’s aggressive when looking for his shot, he’ll use his dribble to get into the paint, and he’ll look to knock down open jumper off the dribble or spotting up along the perimeter.
