Avery was the player that impressed me first out any on Sunday. He is a 6'0 lead guard that has natural strength, explosive legs, and great court vision. What I liked most about him was his ability to not only play through contact, but split the defense when a double-team came and get to the rim easily. He is highly skilled with a tight handle on the ball as well as good passing ability. Could be a breakout 2025 this season.

Maye is a player that seems to be one on the rise at a fast pace. At 6'7, Maye is a long, athletic post that scored around the rim and defended the post very well. Even showed his ability to stretch the floor at times which shows that he is a true modern day big. His size, length, and athleticism make him an immediate standout. Should have a big junior season.

Reich was one of my standouts this weekend because he was just a straight bucket getter for his team. He scored at all three levels and was using his stronger, bigger frame to crave out space. He was mostly on the ball when he would do his scoring and even though he was scoring a ton, felt the ball was sticking just a little too much with him which would force him to take a few bad looks. There is no question that Reich can put up points but once he starts getting his teammates more looks, that is truly when his game will be taken to the next level. Tough player.

[player_tooltip player_id='2140341' first='Cash' last='Daniels'] is a 2027 guard that you need to get familiar with early one. He is a smaller lead guard right now but has a great feel for the game early on and is quick and always does a good job with passing. He was smooth at times with a great touch around the rim and even showed an ability to play above the rim at times. On the defensive end, he was very active with real quick hands. The Cathedral freshman is going to get better and better.

[player_tooltip player_id='2140446' first='Thomas' last='Stargell'] was another freshman guard that stood out to me on Sunday. Extremely quick player on the ball and was just unstoppable when he would steal the ball and get out in transition. He does a very good job attacking the lane and can be real crafty scoring around the rim. Really like his motor and his natural speed and athletic ability that goes along with it. Stargell is one to keep an eye on at Richmond.

[player_tooltip player_id='2245720' first='Brevon' last='Burns'] - 6'5 2025 F - Mooresville: Burns was one of the most athletic players in the gym on Sunday. Nobody attacked the basked as ruthless as Burns and he made it a point nearly every time that he was going to finish above the rim. That mindset led to many, many dunks on the day with him. He was a standout to me just because of how aggressive he played.
