Here are the ten players that made up Team 15 at the Prep Hoops Minnesota Top 250 Expo this past Sunday at Hopkins!

#404 [player_tooltip player_id='2175446' first='Daveion' last='Hart'] (Hopkins - 2025): Daveion turned in a dominant performance on Sunday, leaving the defense with no answers in the game I saw. He is an ultra athletic wing who can play above the rim and finish over the defense. He got loose for multiple fast break dunks and was flying to the basket for finishes in transition. Sky's the limit for the Hopkins junior if he continues to develop his perimeter game.

#332 [player_tooltip player_id='2175444' first='Daniel' last='Chua'] (Shakopee - 2026): Daniel was a pleasant surprise on Sunday, blowing me away with his ability to create looks for himself. He was one of the better scorers I saw all day and had a variety of different ways he could get shots off. He never over dribbled, making one or two moves to get by his defender. He could pull up in the mid-range or get all the way downhill, as he converted on multiple and-ones.

#459 [player_tooltip player_id='1617731' first='Cole' last='Stern'] (Eden Prairie - 2025): I saw Cole play during the spring and summer, so I knew what he was going to bring to the table. He has solid size for the wing position and used that to get to the basket for contested finishes. He is also a good shot creator, being able to connect with looks off the dribble. On one occasion, I saw Stern run in transition and hang in the air for a layup to avoid his shot from being blocked.

#300 [player_tooltip player_id='1560839' first='Xavier' last='Frelix'] (Park Center - 2026): Xavier is in line to be an impact player for a stacked Park Center squad this season and he showed exactly why on Sunday. He does not always need the ball in his hands to be a difference maker, specializing in hitting shots off of passes from teammates. Frelix also showed off his touch around the basket with a floater. I like what he brings to the table and he will provide some extra shooting for the Pirates this season.

#486 [player_tooltip player_id='1560799' first='Adam' last='Dye'] (Southwest Christian - 2026): Adam is only a sophomore and already stands at 6-foot-5. He used that size to dominate on the boards, hauling in rebounds on both sides of the ball. He looked good rolling to the basket for finishes when setting screens, putting himself in good positions for passes from teammates. Dye can also run the floor, as I saw him convert on a layup in transition.

#400 [player_tooltip player_id='2175448' first='Drew' last='Demarais'] (STMA - 2026): Drew is another 2026 prospect with solid size and he used that to be a gamechanger in the painted area. He used his length to grab some offensive rebounds, which he would then put up for a second chance layup. The 6'3” forward also showed some flashes of playmaking that was impressive, putting the ball on the floor and finding teammates for assists.

#327 [player_tooltip player_id='1874927' first='Reggie' last='Ponder'] (MPLS Edison - 2025): I loved the intensity that Reggie was playing with in the action I saw, especially on the defensive side of the ball. His speed moving laterally was impressive and he was making opposing ball handlers' lives very difficult. Offensively, he had a nice take to the basket for a finish, as well as an assist to a teammate on a back cut.

#452 [player_tooltip player_id='1942486' first='Leo' last='Erickson'] (Eagan - 2026): This team was dominant on the boards all game in the matchup I saw and Leo was another reason why. I saw him grab an offensive rebound for a second chance basket and get inside for layups off the dribble. He could finish through multiple defenders at a time around the rim.

#406 [player_tooltip player_id='1874800' first='Brayden' last='Gorton'] (MPLS Washburn - 2026): This team was filled with 2026 prospects with size and Brayden added to that list. He made an impact inside, as well as from the perimeter. He was comfortable shooting from beyond the arc and I really like his potential as a stretch big down the road at the varsity level.

#381 [player_tooltip player_id='2175472' first='Noah' last='Hamburge'] (Minnehaha - 2025): Noah did not score a whole lot in the action that I saw, but he still found ways to make a difference when he was on the floor. He was a solid defender and looked good switching with teammates when necessary. The lefty guard also liked to incorporate pump fakes into his game to gain separation from the defense.
