Adin was a 4.4 ppg scorer at Richfield as a freshman, and looks ready to take on an even bigger role this winter as a sophomore. In the two games I watched yesterday he impressed with his pace and composure on the ball. Was able to create his own shots with his change of speed and ability to see the floor and get to open spots. He’s a threat to knock down threes when given too much space, and also showed a high arcing floater that he can use to finish over size when he gets into the paint. Really liked how he was looking to push the tempo off of defensive rebounds to look to get his team a numbers advantage the other way.
One of the grittiest defenders I saw all afternoon was Nathan Lindesmith Nathan Lindesmith 5’11” | SG Mayer Lutheran | 2025 MN . After his team was giving up a ton of buckets to a talented guard in the first half, the rotation saw Nathan sub in at the same time and immediately take the initiative to guard him. Lindesmith made every shot he took in the second half a challenge, and was even picking up full-court and pressuring him the length of the floor. Had a few defensive highlights as he blocked a jumper and picked up a steal or two with his quick hands. Offensively he made an impact as a three point shooting threat off the catch.

Nigel unfortunately went down with an injury in the first game of the day, but impressed in his short time on the floor. From a physical standpoint, he looks like he’s grown a little since his sophomore season, and showcased an explosive burst around the basket that I hadn’t seen before. He fits the mold of a long and athletic guard that can fit in with the high pressure defense Park Center plays. Offensively he showcased some shot creation ability with a nice mid-range jumper. Gets good elevation on his shot making it difficult to contest at the high school level.

Noah Hamburge
Noah Hamburge
I caught Noah during the last game of the night, and he was shooting the lights out for his team. Minnehaha lost a lot of scoring from last season’s team due to graduation and transfers, and Noah looks like someone who can step up and provide an extra bit of scoring pop for the Redhawks as a junior. Lefty jumper that can connect off the catch or dribble, and he did a great job of finding space off the ball to make it easy for his teammates to find him and hit him right in the hands. The type of player who always has his hands and feet ready to shoot on the perimeter.
Marcus Andersen
Marcus Andersen
Marcus was making an impact on both ends of the floor with his athletic ability. Defensively he showed good instincts to jump passing lanes to pick up steals where he then had breakaway speed to get out and finish at the rim. He never seemed to take a play off, and wherever there was a loose ball, Marcus seemed to be around it. Did a great job of hunting down long rebounds on the defensive end to prevent second chance opportunities.
Ezra displayed some intriguing long-term potential on Sunday. He’s listed at 6’3, but may be even taller than that by now, and offers a blend of strength and fluid mobility at his size. He was able to make an impact defensively as a shot blocker at times, as well as impressing with his ability to move his feet with smaller players on the perimeter. Strong rebounder who does well to secure missed shots in traffic. Still a bit raw offensively, but showed some promise handling the ball in the open floor and finishing strong at the rim when he got his chances.
Highlights
Anderson was creating shot after shot in the paint with his crafty change of pace on the ball. Would just hesitate and then take off to blow by his man and get to the rim and finish. Even at a young age he showed some maturity with his ability to play off two feet and utilize footwork to create some openings inside. Once in the paint he could lift off for a short jumper, or go all the way to the rack to lay it in. Was a part of arguably the best 1-2 scoring punch I saw all day on Sunday. Looks ready to step up as a sophomore at Holy Angels.
