Montague was an impressive prospect who showed off his shooting stroke in the Team 6 backcourt. He showed off his range and a sneaky ability to get to the paint and finish in traffic. He’s a shifty ballhandler with a bright future ahead of him with a high IQ for making things happen on the floor in a variety of ways. He’ll be a name out of Cardinal Gibbons High to keep track of in NC’s 2027 class.
Coleman was another standout name for Team 6 with his prowess with the ball and defensive ability. He was another shifty presence in the Team 6 backcourt who showed he could maneuver to the painted area and finish through contact again and again. Defensively, he’s got untapped potential given his length and ability to defend multiple spots with his athleticism. He’s a name to keep track of at Lugoff Elgin High in SC.
Highlights
Holt was a top performer who led his team in more ways than one with his ability to shoot it with tremendous range. He knocked down at least 10+ 3-pointers across their five games, even knocking down seven in the second half of their third game of the day. He’s a tremendous prospect who can do a ton of damage in isolation with confidence and efficiency. He’s a name to get to know at Piedmont Classical School in NC.

Christopher Capers
Capers was a shooting guard prospect who found ways to get openings and make things happen in space. As he finds his confidence handling ball pressure and shooting the ball, look for him to grow in the class. He’s a young name to keep watch of out of SC at Ridge View High with room to develop.
Michael Morris
Michael Morris
Morris was a confident ball-handler and slasher for Team 6 who showed off his abilities at the Carolinas Freshman Showcase. He showed he could get to the painted area and make things happen with consistency. As he shows he can spot up on the perimeter and knock down shots, look for his name to grow in WV’s 2027 class over the next few seasons out of Mount Hope Christian Academy.
Moore was another impressive combo guard in the Team 6 rotation with ability to make solid reads and make things happen at the guard spot. He showed he could operate with and without the ball in his hands with his ability to get to the paint and make plays around the rim just as well as he could spot up on the perimeter and knock down shots. He’s a name to track at Cary Academy in NC’s 2027 class this season.
Highlights
Chase was a sizeable prospect for Team 6 who showed he could operate inside and out with his size and length. He got to his spots in the painted area and finished with authority on a few different occasions. When driving to the bucket wasn’t an option, he simply spotted up on the perimeter and knocked down shots on the perimeter with ease. He’s a prospect with an advanced skill set to track out of Wake Forest High in NC’s 2027 class.
Peyton Jennings
Peyton Jennings
Jennings was another versatile presence in the Team 6 fold with his ability to operate inside and out with his length. He’s got good instincts driving to the bucket and finishing in traffic just as well as he can knock down shots with efficiency on the perimeter. He was an impressive two-way presence who wasn’t afraid to mix it up as a rebounder and shot-blocker with his size. He’s a name at White Knoll High to track in SC.
Nelson was quite the shifty guard presence for Team 6 throughout the showcase. He showed he could keep things alive with his ability to navigate the defense/pressure and finish strong through contact. He made solid decisions at the lead guard role with the ball in his hands. As he shows he can knock down the mid-range shot and shots on the perimeter, look for his name to grow in NC’s 2027 class out of Hickory Grove Christian.
Razam Alqasas
Razam Alqasas
Alqasas is a prospect who’s just scratching the surface at the stretch-forward role as he did with Team 6 at the Carolinas Freshman Showcase. He’s got good length and an ability to create off the bounce. At 6-foot-3, he’s got solid potential at the stretch-forward role. As he learns to do more with less dribbles, look for his name to grow in SC’s 2027 class at Indian Land.
