We’re going to give you 5 2026’s that are great examples of the many players that we’d like to see at the event.
This event would be perfect for Summerville. He can create on his own but still focus on keeping his teammates involved. Summerville has great handles and plays with his head up showing the ability to advance the ball with both the dribble and the pass. He’s an electric shooter make a defense pay for stepping off of him.
Mercer II was nothing short of electric with the Motor City Grizzlies during grassroots season. We’d like to see him showcase these skills at the City Slam. He’s a smooth lead guard that can push the pace and can make plays in the open floor. Mercer II showed that he’s a player to watch next season and we’d love to start watching at this event.
Bartley is an extremely talented post player. He missed much of the summer with an injury, but trust me, he can be an absolute force. Bartley is incredibly strong and can use that strength to defend, rebound and block shots. He picks up a ton of put back buckets and can also stretch the floor with the 3 point range on his jumper.
Highlights
Flavin is a very high upside post player that could make a ton of noise at City Slam in October. He does a great job putting his work in early and establishing position under the rim for the rebound or with his back to the basket looking for a post feed. Flavin does a good job sealing his defender and creating a path to the rim with a spin move.
