It was good to see Bartley play. He just has so much upside and he really played hard at the scrimmage, hitting the floor multiple times for loose balls. Bartley showed the size and strength needed to be dominant around the rim. He was a huge factor on the defensive glass last week, limiting his opponents to 1 shot and out situations.

Bartley is making his comeback. College coaches, we’ll talk very soon. This young man is just 6-7 and big, he showed up 6-7 and BUILT. Even after his injury I was very impressed with his overall athleticism. He really does have good feet. Bartley showed off an impressive mid range game last week, looking comfortable with his turnaround jumper. He was solid shooting out of the corners as well. Bartley can definitely work off the perimeter and stretch the floor.

Bartley is a very intriguing talent out of Eaton Rapids. First of all, he can beat most of his opponents with power and strength alone. The young man has a college ready frame right now. Bartley is a very versatile offensive threat that can back down an opponent, get put back buckets, but also stretch the floor with his jumper.

Bartley is an extremely talented post player. He missed much of the summer with an injury, but trust me, he can be an absolute force. Bartley is incredibly strong and can use that strength to defend, rebound and block shots. He picks up a ton of put back buckets and can also stretch the floor with the 3 point range on his jumper.

Bartley was at the start of a breakout grassroots season until an unfortunate injury. He’ll be back in plenty of time for high school season and Eaton Rapids opponents better be very aware. Bartley can outmuscle most in the lane and could average double figures in rebounds. Offensively, he can shoot with range as well as work off the high post.

Bartley has tremendous offensive footwork around the block, using his pivot foot to find looks. He did a nice job establishing position on the block and was also able to step outside and play 5 out.
