SEPA Recruiting News:
Stephon Ashley-Wright Stephon Ashley-Wright 5'11" | PG Neuman-Goretti | 2026 State PA – 6’0” / 2026 / Neumann-Goretti / Team Final Red / Point Guard: Ashley-Wright is one of the fastest coast-to-coast guards in the region which makes him a transition phenom. In the half-court he will blow by defenders for lay-ins, hit dribble pull ups and knock down threes. He just received an offer from Bryant.
Devin Booker Devin Booker 6'5" | SF Cristo Rey Philadelphia | 2025 State #347 Nation PA – 6’5″ / 2025 / Cristo Rey Philadelphia / K-Low Elite / Wing: Over the last six months Booker (24 points, 7.4 boards and 2 blocks per) has been one of the biggest stock risers in SEPA’s Class of 2025. So, it is not a surprise that LaSalle just offered him. Big 5 rival Temple offered Booker last month.
James Brenner James Brenner 6'5" | SG Unionville | 2026 State PA – 6’5″ / 2026 / Unionville / East Coast Power / Wing: Brenner is a versatile wing who helped push Unionville to the District 1-5A championship game. He used that momentum to post monster spring and summer grassroots circuits. Bryant University recognized that outstanding stretch of play when they gave Brenner his first college offer last week.
Aasim Burton Aasim Burton 6'3" | CG Cardinal O'Hara | 2024 State PA – 6’2” / 2024 / Cardinal O’Hara / East Coast Power / Combo Guard: Burton’s speed, creative dribbles and transition scoring skills make him one of the top downhill guards in the area. Burton (a.k.a. “Flash”) holds several DI offers and last week he took an unofficial visit to Mount St. Mary’s.
Drew Corrao Drew Corrao 6'9" | C Archbishop Carroll | 2026 State PA – 6’8” / 2026 / Archbishop Carroll / PSA Cardinals / Center: Corrao is coming off a solid showing on the July grassroots circuit where the big fella displayed a more polished offensive skill set. High Point like what they saw from Corrao in July as well, so last week they sent him an offer.
Darrell Davis – 5’11” / 2027 / Archbishop Carroll / Team Takeover / Combo Guard: One of SEPA’s most highly touted Class of 2027 prospects received an offer from Providence last week. Davis is a dynamic scoring guard who can get buckets at all three levels.
Patrese Feamster Patrese Feamster 6'3" | SG Friends Central | 2027 PA – 6’3″ / 2027 / Penn Charter / Team Final Red / Combo Guard: Feamster (7.5 ppg. for SCHA last season) is a quick, tenacious, and versatile backcourt prospect. He can play both guard spots and score in multiple ways. Feamster is an underrated distributor too. He just received an offer from East Tennessee State.
Brendan Horan – 6’5″ / 2025 / Archbishop Carroll / East Coast Power / Wing: Two weeks ago, we highlighted Horan as one of the SEPA prospects we would offer right now. Apparently Long Island University and the University Akron took our advice because both programs just sent Horan an offer. Horan was one of July’s biggest stock risers. He scores off the dribble, shoots the three and is a plus defender.
Bahsil Laster – 6’5″ / 2024 / Academy of New Church / NJ Scholars EYBL / Combo Guard: Laster is a slasher style wing who gets out on the fast break to score or distribute. He will not hesitate to finish with authority. In the half court, Laster (14 points and 7 rebounds per game in 2022-23) has a point-forward element to his game. He holds an offer from URI and just picked up one from NJIT.
Kevin McCarthy Kevin McCarthy 6'4" | SG Episcopal Academy | 2024 State PA – 6’4″ / 2024 / Episcopal Academy / Philly Revolution / Shooting Guard: This elite wing shooter was a 1st Team All-Inter-Ac selection after the 2022-23 season. In July he got an offer from Farleigh Dickinson and now he has received an offer from Army.
Erik Oliver-Bush Erik Oliver-Bush 6'4" | SG Mercersburg Academy | 2024 State PA – 6’4″ / 2024 / Mercersburg Academy / K-Low Elite / Shooting Guard: In 2022-23 Oliver-Bush was a standout for Roman Catholic (8.5 ppg. and 5 rpg.) during their PCL championship season. After a tremendous showing on the July grassroots circuit, he has picked up an offer from Lemoyne.
Billy Richmond – 6’5″ / 2024 / Camden (NJ) / NJ Scholars EYBL / Shooting Guard: ESPN.com’s 20th ranked player in the Class of 2024 recently picked up offers from LSU and Texas. Richmond now holds over a dozen high major DI offers.
Dom Vacchiano – 6’2” / 2024 / Wissahickon / PA Royals / Combo Guard: Vacchiano is a versatile prospect who can run at the 1 through 3 spots. He also owns the physicality to play bully ball with smaller defenders. Vacchiano will be taking an official visit to Alfred University (NY) on August 25th.
Ryan Williams Ryan Williams 6'3" | SG Malvern Prep | 2024 State PA – 6’3″ / 2024 / Malvern Prep / Philly Pride UAA / Shooting Guard: After an incredible July circuit Williams was named MVP of last weekend’s “A-Town Throwdown.” In the last two weeks he has received has offers from Iona, Hofstra, Northeastern and Columbia. Now Binghamton Univ. has sent Williams an offer.
Ethan Wolgemuth Ethan Wolgemuth 6'8" | C Chambersburg | 2024 State PA – 6’7″ / 2024 / Chambersburg / Team PA / Power Forward: Wolgemuth is a workhorse interior prospect with a mutli-faceted offensive game. At the other end, his is an effective rim protector and dominates the defensive glass. This past week he received his first college offer from King’s College (D3).
SEPA Class of 2027 News:
Munir Greig Munir Greig 6'6" | SF Archbishop Carroll | 2027 PA – 6’4″ / 2027 / Archbishop Carroll / NJ Scholars Elite / Wing: One of the most sought after 2027s in the region was headed to Imhotep Charter for his freshman year of high school. Apparently, that has changed and Greig will now be attending Archbishop Carroll. The agile and fast Greig is an elite athlete who can score off the dribble, splash threes and thrives in transition.
Matthew Tollerson-Irby Matthew Tollerson-Irby 5'10" | PG Bonner & Prendergast | 2027 PA – 5’10″ / 2027 / Bonner & Prendergast / Mt. Pleasant Bulldogs / Point Guard: Tollerson-Irby is a lightning quick ball handler with tremendous change of direction skills. He excels in the open court. In a half-court game, Tollerson-Irby can score or distribute off the dribble. The talented ’27 backcourt prospect recently announced that he will attend Bonner & Prendergast for 9th grade.
