With around 80 players across eight teams formulating the roster, there was some great talent. Here is the evaluations of Team 7, who I was able to watch in three games throughout the day.
Rylen Sykes
Rylen Sykes
Rylen Sykes showed the ability to make an impact on both sides of the ball. He played decent perimeter defense, occasionally utilizes his length to disrupt passing lanes. This led to him coming away with a few steals over the course of the day. On the other end of the court, he showed the ability to knock down shots, both in catch-and-shoot situations and off of the dribble. I have seen him at a different event before, where he erupted for close to 30 points that day with a barrage of shot-creating moves in the mid-range and three-point area. It was not quite the same impact today, but he still made an impact over the three games with his scoring. In one game today he was coming away with several offensive rebounds and put-backs. In another game he knocked down a pair of three pointers and some mid-range jumpers. Throughout the day, he showed the ability to drive and finish at the basket. His ability to rebound the ball today was pretty good. It was a nice set of performances for him, as he made an impact in every area of the game today.
Braelon Bradshaw
Braelon Bradshaw
Braelon Bradshaw mainly impacted the game in three specific areas: rebounding, scoring inside, and defense. His biggest impact came with his rebounding, where he grabbed one rebound after another. He dominated the defensive rebounds and was consistently grabbing offensive rebounds, as well. These offensive rebounds turned into second chance points more often than not. He showed the ability to finish in traffic off if these rebounds. That was his second biggest impact area, that inside scoring. The last area that he made a big impact in is his defense. His interior defense was very good, as he came away with some blocks and great shot contest. The impact that he made on the missed shots that he forced was significant in helping his team. He sprinkled in assists and floaters over the games, but they were few and far between. It was a good day for Bradshaw.

Daniel Creepingbear Daniel Creepingbear 6’0″ | CG Riverside Indian School | 2027 State OK showed off the offensive game that he has previously showcased at other events, but he came out and showed a defensive side to him that was on a level that I have not seen from him before. He was playing great perimeter defense, coming away with good shot contests and fighting through screens. He played the passing lanes a lot, coming away with several steals. He can shoot the ball at a high clip, but he showed the ability to put the ball on the floor and get to the basket. He was driving gaps and finishing at the rim. He looked to make the right play and had multiple assists. It was a very good two-way performance all-day for him.
Ryan Goodwin
Ryan Goodwin
Ryan Goodwin made an impact on both sides of the court. On the defensive side of the ball, he had a couple of steals and forced a turnover with his hustling and good on-ball defense. He grabbed a few rebounds, even chasing one down. He showed the ability to knock down a free throw and to score inside. He did a little bit of everything. It was nothing spectacular, but some people would describe his impact as a swiss-army knife performance. He did not specialize in one area, but he grabbed a few rebounds, had some steals, and scored a couple of times. He provided hustle and solid defense every game. He did a good job filling that role.
Dylan Painter
Dylan Painter
Dylan Painter is a player that knows how to utilize his 6’3 frame well, making a big impact on the interior. He excelled at rebounding and scoring inside the paint. He would rise up to shoot over the defense around the rim. Multiple times he would grab a rebound and finish with the putback. His impact also expanded to the defensive end, where he used his length to have good shot contest. His rebounding, inside scoring, and defense were essential in helping his team. It was a good performance by him over the two games.
