Teams below are presented in alphabetical order.
Archbishop Ryan
AR is an obvious choice as they return all their key players from the 2022-23 team that won the District 1-5A title and made a deep run in the state tournament. Shooting guard Darren Williams Darren Williams 6'4" | SG Archbishop Ryan | 2024 State PA (FGCU commit) and power forward Thomas Sorber Thomas Sorber 6'9" | C Archbishop Ryan | 2024 State #58 Nation PA (Georgetown commit) will lead the way. Running with those two will be wing Jaden Murray Jaden Murray 6'7" | PF Archbishop Ryan | 2024 State PA , shooting guards Ryan Everett Ryan Everett 6'1" | SG Archbishop Ryan | 2024 State PA and Rocco Morabito Rocco Morabito 6'3" | SG Archbishop Ryan | 2024 State PA as well as combo guard Christian Durham Christian Durham 6'5" | SG Archbishop Ryan | 2024 State PA . This squad will rack up a ton of wins this fall.
Central York
Central York lost only one player from a 2022-23 squad that won 22 games, captured the YAIAA championship and qualified for the 6A state tournament. Thus, we are expecting them to hit the ground running this fall. Knock down 3-point shooter Greg Guidinger Greg Guidinger 6'6" | SF Central York | 2024 State PA (2nd Team 6A All-State), elusive floor general Ben Natal Ben Natal 6'2" | PG Central York | 2025 State PA , dominant big fella Ben Rill Ben Rill 6'8" | PF Central York | 2025 State PA and under the radar combo-guard JoJo Woodyard all return. As a bonus, CY should get nice contributions from stock rising 2026 prospect Ryan Jackson Ryan Jackson 6'0" | CG Central York | 2026 State PA .
North Penn
During fall ball action North Penn will rely heavily on their senior duo of standout point guard Norman Gee, Jr. Norman Gee, Jr. 5'10" | PG North Penn | 2024 State PA and athletic wing scorer Corey Meade. However fellow 2024 Teddy McAllister posted a monster summer and if he can develop into a third scoring option for North Penn, they will turn heads over the next two months. McCallister is a wizard at scoring off the dribble and his step-back jumper is an effective weapon too.
Penn Charter
PC has a new head coach in Brandon Williams Brandon Williams 6'4" | CG West Philladelphia | 2025 State PA and a host of new players too. Typically, that combination means a program is headed for a slow start. However, Williams is a fantastic coach, and the key new arrivals are top ranked 2025s – Matt Gilhool Matt Gilhool 6'11" | PF William Penn Charter | 2025 State #76 Nation PA (slew of DI offers), Jake West Jake West 6'1" | PG William Penn Charter | 2025 State #193 Nation PA (a dozen DI offers) and Jamal Hicks Jr Jamal Hicks Jr 6'2" | CG William Penn Charter | 2025 State PA . When you combine that trio with returners such as 3-point ace Kai Shinholster Kai Shinholster 6'5" | SG William Penn Charter | 2025 State #133 Nation PA (eight DI offers) and under the radar junior TJ Bryson TJ Bryson 5'10" | CG William Penn Charter | 2025 State PA , we like this team’s chances of being ready to compete at a high-level right away.
Spring Ford
The reigning PAC champions, and District 1-6A runner ups return several talented prospects. Included in that list is elite shooting guard Jacob Nguyen Jacob Nguyen 6'3" | SG Spring Ford | 2025 State PA (offers from Bucknell, Drexel & Albany) and multi-skilled combo guard EJ Campbell EJ Campbell 6'0" | CG Spring Ford | 2024 State PA (offer from Rider). Plus, Spring Ford has added transfer Ty Mishock Ty Mishock 5'10" | PG Spring Ford | 2024 PA to its lineup. Mishock (offer from Lehigh) was a three-year starter at Devon Prep who played both guard spots. Last season he averaged 13.5 points and 4 assists per game while shooting 39% from behind the arc. The addition of a third perimeter scorer (Mishock) will make SF extremely difficult to defend. If this squad gels quickly, the Rams will be tough to beat this fall.
