No. 16 [player_tooltip player_id='2131780' first='Christian' last='Collins'], St. Bernard

The development of big men is always a longer process than that of guards but Collins showed last season that he is on the right track. The 6-foot-8 forward has great hands, touch and footwork around the basket and is a mobile rim-runner whose length and vertical athleticism give him a chance to be a high level rim protector. We'll track Collins' progress closely next season.

No. 17 [player_tooltip player_id='1956478' first='Ty' last='Ingram'], Cathedral Catholic

Ingram is a bonafide scoring guard who has an advanced feel and skill-set when creating his own shot. The 6-foot-3 combo guard is both strong and athletic which allows him to get downhill and finish through contact in the painted area but he also has a smoothness off the dribble which allows him to create perimeter scoring opportunities.

No. 18 [player_tooltip player_id='1956507' first='Luke' last='Barnett'], Mater Dei

Barnett's name can be added to the conversation of best shooters in the region regardless of class. The 6-foot-2 guard has textbook shooting mechanics, impeccable balance and shoots the same shot no matter where he is on the floor or the type of defensive pressure he is dealing with.

No. 19 [player_tooltip player_id='2131781' first='Jordan' last='Ballard'], Sherman Oaks Notre Dame

Ballard is another rising sophomore at Notre Dame who has a chance to have a breakout season. The 6-foot-5 wing spent most of his time getting game reps on the junior varsity level last season but this summer he showed that his combination of size, skill, athleticism and physicality is ready for primetime.

No. 20 [player_tooltip player_id='1956470' first='Chace' last='Holley'], Lynwood

Holley put together an impressive freshman season that kind of flew under-the-radar because of how dominant his classmate and teammate, Jason Crowe. Jr (No. 2-overall), was. Holley is an explosive and shifty athlete who thrives in open court settings where he can slash his way to the rim for paint finishes. He also has a smooth and consistent three-point shot off the catch.
