Connor Smith | Gautier
Smith is a mountain with a consistent midrange game. The 6’9 rising senior has the size to clog up lanes, put pressure on bigs in the post, and rebound his area. He runs the floor well for someone his size and is working on stretching his range to the three point line.
John Michael Lampton | Parklane Academy
Lampton is a high IQ 6’8 forward that understands nuances of the game. He rebounds, blocks shots, and consistently seals his man for easy looks. He has the defensive awareness to clog up lanes any time a player cuts and drive to the rim.
Brewer Carruth | Parklane Academy
Carruth may be one of the best hidden gems in the southeast. He’s a 6’5 shooting guard with elite shotmaking from all three levels. He’s a good athlete that plays with balance and gets to his spots with quick movements. Division 2 schools in Mississippi and Alabama JUCOs are recruiting him. His level of shotmaking will turn heads in front of the right coach.
JR Lott | Parklane Academy
Lott is a 6’5 wing with long arms and an active game. With his physical tools and shooting, his best basketball is ahead of him. He can help on the boards, space the floor, and uses his length to guard multiple positions.
Preston Blaylock | Pillow
Blaylock is an athletic 6’5 wing that does everything for his team. He’s a good passer with quick reaction time to action and player movement. He gets downhill and finishes at or above the rim. Blaylock shot well from the free throw line and isn’t afraid to play with physicality.
