Early on he slid in to take a charge, and also came flying in for a putback bucket in traffic. Kayden consistently makes those extra effort plays that can be the difference in tight games. Fitz may not have been putting up huge scoring numbers, but he was dominant as a rim protector and rebounder. He's agile at his size and quick off the floor allowing him to slide into position off the ball and elevate to block/alter shots around the basket. Fitz uses his strong frame to his advantage to box out after a shot goes up, clearing out space before attacking the ball off the rim. Barrett is a bruiser in the paint who can also play with some finesse. He showcased both of those sides on one play as he caught away from the rim, backed his man down into deep position, and then hit him with a quick spin move before kissing it in off the glass for two points. Had some really nice flashes of post play as he's able to create his own looks when left isolated on the block. At 6'7 he has a solid frame and good patience on the block allowing him to make smart decisions. If he senses a double-team coming he's able to kick it out to an open guard, but if left isolated Daniel has the ability to make a quick move and get a high percentage look at the rim. Can go inside for a hook shot, or spin baseline and finish off the glass. Against the MN Falcons he had a sequence where he pulled in a rebound, took a few dribbles up the court, passed it ahead, and then continued sprinting up the floor as he caught a pass and rose up for a two handed dunk. The lefty does a great job of getting his balance and playing off two feet around the basket, allowing him to finish at a high percentage inside. In a quarterfinals matchup with MN Crossfire he got off to a hot start with his ability to score inside and out. Had a strong finish at the rim, drained a pair of threes, and hit a one dribble pull-up from mid-range to get himself going in the first half. He did a great job of establishing deep position before the ball even came to him, making it that much easier to get a good look once he was fed the ball. Has a strong frame and wide shoulders allowing him to make a strong pivot over either shoulder and finish right at the rim.
