Marcel Steele-Peterson - Steele-Petrson was the best player and most effective and efficient player at this age group I saw this winter. The Burnsville front-court player who stands around six-foot-two-inches wasn't just a normal tall 2032 player. He moves very agile laterally and vertically. Steele-Peterson has shown ability to handle the ball in the open floor, drive from the perimeter and in transition and he finishes often with his excellent size and length for his age. Being taller and longer than the majority of every youth at his age makes protecting the rim a given but Steel-Peterson showed good anticipation and blocking shots without fouling. I saw him block 3 driving lay-up attempts that showed good body movements and coordination.

De-Rius Thompson - Thompson still a small 2032 6th grader but he has good ball skills, handling, passing, and moving all around the court. The Burnsville guard showcased deep shooting ability making a number of 3-pointers. Despite his small stature Thompson has good ability finishing at the rim for his age with some touch.

Murphy Carroll - Carroll is a 2032 Wayzata guard is so technically sound for his age with the ball. Leading Wayzata at the point of attack, Carroll navigated the floor, shot well from the perimeter, and showed off advanced footwork skills in the paint around the basket.

[player_tooltip player_id='3504685' first='Caiden' last='Dildy'] - Dildy is a 2032 Minnetonka guard that is the lead ball handler and passer for the Skippers at this level. Dildy showcased strong ball handling skills, and some good scoring from the perimeter ability while driving to the rim.

[player_tooltip player_id='2857206' first='Cashmere' last='Riley'] - Riley is a 2032 Burnsville guard that showed off perimeter shooting ability with smooth outside shooting. Riley showed perimeter scoring going to the basket as well while also finishing lay-ups.

Corey Luckett - Luckett is a 2032 Hopkins guard right now that could be a wing with growth and maturity. Luckett seems longer than his five-foot-ten-inch height. Luckett possesses advanced ball handling skills for his age with the moves and control he has of the ball. Luckett does well scoring at the basket with an array of combo moves going to the basket.

Marcellus Nation - Nation can shoot from the perimeter and make 3-point shots in bunches. The 2032 Hopkins guard made three straight triples in a game I saw him play this past winter. Nation has solid ball handling ability and maturity for his age.

Walker Smith - Smith can score with an array of finishes at the rim, shoot from the perimeter and navigates well into the mid-range as well. The 2032 Hopkins guard showed good overall shooting motion and touch, and despite his size, moved quickly from place to place and showed an ability as the lead guard with the ball.

[player_tooltip player_id='2848204' first='Owen' last='Mauss'] - Mauss is a 2032 Rogers guard that I saw in November and now again in March. As secondary ball handler and primary scorer Mauss shows good ability as a shooter from the perimeter and also as a driver with the ball. Head up dribbler in transition looking to make passes to teammates and push pace.

Dylan Perkins - Perkins is a 2032 Rogers frontcourt player with a solid size for his age level. Perkins has soft hands when finishing showing solid touch and he moves pretty well for his size. Perkins is active rebounder on the offensive glass for Rogers as well.

Malik Staples - Staples is a quick 2032 guard for Spring Lake Park that has erupted for some pretty big scoring games throughout the winter. Staples is a good ball handler, has range on his shot, and is a good finisher for his age and size.

Camden Ng - Ng is a Minnetonka player at this age group that plays as a big left-handed guard. Ng has ability as a ball handler working mostly as a secondary creator and primary scorer. His physically maturity and size make shooting from the perimeter pretty easy and smooth for Camden. Ng showed ability to finish at the rim when driving and nearly never let the ball stick as he was a good ball mover.
