T.J. Adams T.J. Adams 6'2" | CG Marquette | 2024 State WI – 2024 – G – Chapman Basketball Academy
Always like guys who don’t settle for playing a certain role despite the talent around them. CBA has three high quality guards, two of which are Division 1 recruits. That doesn’t stop Adams from standing out and making an impact. Sure, he’s a knockdown, catch-and-shoot guard that can play off dribble penetration, but Adams can also go get his own too. There’s a noticeable killer instinct in his game and Adams is able to rip off jumpers without using a ton of dribbles to get them. Noticed in the spring, all it takes is for one to go down and Adams finds himself in a rhythm.
Isaiah Allen Isaiah Allen 6'4" | CG Milwaukee Lutheran | 2024 State WI – 2024 – G/W – Chapman Basketball Academy
Took me a while, but Allen is really starting to grow on me. Think he could end up in the top 20 of the next rankings update. At 6-foot-4, Allen has some swiss army knife ability about him. Might not be great in any one area, but you don’t see many holes in his game. Playing on a really strong CBA squad, Allen delivers when his number is called. He’ll hit open 3’s, create in the mid-range, push the ball and make things happen in transition, and if there’s a lane to the rim, play above it with ease. Hard to define exactly what Allen is. He’s a little bit of a point guard, a little shooting guard, and even a swingman small forward. That versatility carries over to the defensive end as well.
Evan Anderson – 2024 – SG – Wisconsin Playmakers
Think Anderson just keeps chipping away at potentially playing at the Division 1 level. As it stands now, he’s arguably the best Division 2 recruit in the state that could play at probably any program nationally. Anderson is a silent assassin that just wants to go at your head and won’t say a word about it. Anderson sets himself apart in two ways — a sneaky athlete that can put it on your head and some rare slashing ability, just able to move in ways and at angles you just don’t see from many players. Love that he just doesn’t settle offensively either. You might think that he can’t shoot, but Anderson will definitely knock down his fair share of open looks. However, he prefers to attack and get the best shot available.
Walter Berns Walter Berns 6'4" | SF Aquinas | 2024 State WI – 2024 – SG – Wisconsin Playmakers
Have Berns very under-ranked right now. He’ll probably move more than any other prospect in this class. On film, thought he looked pretty skilled, but wasn’t sure his size and athleticism were legit. Those question marks have been erased. Not only that, didn’t know how gritty and tough Berns was. While he can score it, thought Berns’ best moments this spring came when he unleashed a junkyard dog mentality. The Aquinas guard just didn’t take plays off, won 50-50 balls, blocked shots, rebounded, and played the passing lanes all at a high level. As of now, see Berns somewhere in the top 40, maybe slightly higher — pushing for a Division 2 offer, certainly a high quality D3 prospect.

Cooper Grams – 2024 – PG – 24:UP
One of the most improved players in the state, Grams is one of the most under the radar players, not just in the Milwaukee area, but the state right now. Grams has the right balance of leading a team as a scorer and a facilitator. He picks his spots really well offensively, gets his teammates organized, and plays with good pace on the ball. There’s a little bit of pick your poison offensively. Grams is a quick trigger shooter, particularly off the ball and pairs that with elusive speed when he attacks the rim in the halfcourt.
Tamarrein Henderson Tamarrein Henderson 6'3" | CG West Salem | 2024 State WI – 2024 – G – Wisconsin Playmakers
Still looking for consistency, but you can’t doubt that when Henderson is on…he’s on. Henderson had a big weekend at the Prep Hoops Midwest Showdown and just took it to some of the best talent the state has to offer. An intriguing combo guard with strong positional size (6-4) and athleticism, Henderson continues to improve as a jump shooter and finisher at the rim. Henderson is very dynamic in transition, a willing, determined defender, and has some point guard skills that add value to whatever team he’s on. Henderson is starting to see a ton of Division 2 interest come in and even some D1’s as well.

Will Hornseth Will Hornseth 6'8" | PF De Pere | 2024 State #208 Nation WI – 2024 – PF – Wisconsin Blizzard
Hornseth isn’t going to move in the rankings, but my perception on what type of prospect he is has changed. Think Hornseth can certainly play at the high major level. Whether or not that means power-five is TBD, but he’s certainly the type of prospect that would get there after a few years at the mid-major level regardless. Have talked at length about his well rounded skillset. Hornseth can do just about everything at a ‘B’ level or higher. Above all else, the 6-foot-8 forward has the ability to generate a high percentage look in the halfcourt at almost every opportunity with his high understanding of post position, doing the work early, post footwork, and willingness to score over either shoulder.
Grant Manz Grant Manz 6'6" | SF Kiel | 2024 State WI – 2024 – F – Wisconsin Swing
Manz is having a really strong spring and turning a lot of heads. The 6-foot-6 junior has shown the ability to change games from a rebounding, shot blocking, and finishing standpoint. A double-double guy last season, Manz has a terrific motor, times and high points the ball as a rebounder, and is starting to show he can play either forward spot effectively. Manz shows a lot of good flashes with his post footwork. Think he’s probably more of an undersized power forward right now, but Manz is steadily taking his game away from the rim and improving his perimeter skills.

Anthony Przybilla Anthony Przybilla 6'6" | SF Brookfield Academy | 2024 State WI – 2024 – SF – Milwaukee Trailblazers
See Przybilla moving up about 10-12 spots. We’ve talked about him quite a bit over the last two years and I’m still seeing positive signs of upward trajectory. Still don’t think he’s anywhere near his ceiling, which is exciting, but after seeing Przybilla match up against some of the best players in the state, he definitely held his own. The lanky, 6-foot-6 wing is a really terrific mid-range scorer. He’s adept at going right, spinning to his left, and pulling up over the top. Przybilla also has a nice fall away game he can turn to if needed. A versatile, multi-dimensional prospect as well, Przybilla plays and defends multiple positions, including some point wing.
