Tamarrein is like a Swiss Army Knife for Wisconsin Playmakers. He impacts the game in so many ways, starting with his gritty defensive approach that sees him guard just about every spot on the floor for his team. As a wing he’s also a really good shot blocker both chasing guys down in transition and making plays from the help-side. Offensively he excels at getting into the paint and dumping it off to pick up assists, and can also spot guys sprinting ahead in transition to pick up assists that way. When he gets going, Henderson is such a dangerous isolation scorer because of how he can create space off the dribble at 6’4-6’5. Can create separation and elevate for a pull-up jumper, or blow right by his man and extend to finish at the rim.

I really liked how Hendersen defended over the weekend. The Playmakers have a team loaded with wings, so Hendersen’s versatility on that end of the flood was key as he could defend smaller guards while also defending 6’5 wings depending on who his team had on the floor. He pressured the ball hard and was a workhorse looking to pick up stops or create turnovers. On the other end he’s capable of operating within the flow of the offense, but when the Playmakers needed someone to create a shot out of nothing, they put the ball in Tamarrein’s hands.

Long and athletic wing prospect who excels as a slasher on the offensive end. Gets to the rim off straight line drives and is also a composed finisher in transition. West Salem will rely upon his physical attributes to help match up against Park Center.
