Walter would come off the bench for Wisconsin Playmakers and was a game changer for his team. His hustle immediately stands out, as it was no coincidence he was always in the right place at the right time to make plays. Whether he was chasing down loose balls or winning extra chances for his team on the offensive glass, Walter was making those hustle plays that were the difference between winning and losing in tight games. Berns also has a nose for the rim with the ability to finish in a variety of ways at 6’4. Can stop short for a floater while also using his athleticism to explode off the floor and finish right at the rim. Walter can put up big numbers with his high school team, but running with a talented Playmakers team he makes smart reads and doesn’t force his offense too much. That unselfishness helped his team go 4-0 on the weekend.
