Leyton Martin Leyton Martin 6'0" | PG Arlington | 2025 State WA (12) – Arlington HS
Leyton is a player who grew so much on the court last season, it was fun to watch his progression. He is shifty with the ball in his hands and is able to facilitate an offense smoothly. He is excellent in the pick and roll, rarely making the wrong decision. He has an efficient shot, as well.
Arion Palacol Arion Palacol 5'11" | PG Marysville Getchell | 2025 State WA (30) – Marysville-Getchell HS
Arion is a gritty guard who goes 110% every game. He gives it his all and out-works opposing players. He runs the court effectively, being able to control the pace and make the correct decision while running in transition. He can hit the deep shot well, especially from the corner. He is still improving each time I see him play.
Junior Kagarabi Junior Kagarabi 6'5" | SF Shorecrest | 2025 State WA (51) – Shorecrest HS
Disma, who goes by junior, has fantastic size, standing at 6’5″ and has all the potential on the court to be a superstar player. With Shorecrest losing quite a few role players, Kagarabi could be in prime position to start getting more minutes and being a main option for the team. He showcased a well rounded game last year in a smaller role, so should excel with a larger one.
Mateen Usui Mateen Usui 6'6" | PF Archbishop Murphy | 2025 State WA (61) – Archbishop-Murphy HS
Mateen is still growing his game on the court but his potential is through the roof. He is always one of the most athletic players out there and has great length standing at 6’6″. He finishes around the rim nicely, being able to go through defenders using his strength. He has a high motor, leading to him flying around on the defensive side of the ball making plays.
Rayshaun Connor (88) – Mountlake Terrace HS
Connor will have a much bigger role this upcoming season but showed a lot of good things on the court last season. He scores the ball well, using his speed to get by defenders. He can also step out and hit the deep shot well. He will have a much bigger role headed into his junior season and should do great things.
Svayjeet Singh Svayjeet Singh 6'4" | SF Mountlake Terrace | 2025 State WA (95) – Mountlake Terrace HS
Singh is another Mountlake Terrace guard who showed a lot of promise but just didn’t have a lot of playing time to showcase what he can truly do. His offensive role last season wasn’t too big but he showed that he can finish down low and make his jumpers. Last season he was a stellar defender, being able to guard multiple positions and do so at a high rate.
