Terry Copeland Terry Copeland 6'8" | PF Legacy Early College | 2024 State SC , 6’8 Bergen Catholic
Copeland is a load on the block as he is tough to stop down low. The 6’8 forward knows how to get position down low and has a good touch around the basket. Copeland is unafraid of contact and his range extends out to the three-point line. He is a force on the glass at both ends of the floor and can pass out of the post. Copeland is a physical forward prospect whose ability to make plays down low will help his game in a big way.
Tarik Watson Tarik Watson 6'7" | PF Hillcrest Prep | 2024 State AZ , 6’8 Roselle Catholic
Watson is set for an expanded role in the Lions’ offense, which should help his stock throughout the year. The 6’8 forward is a solid finisher around the basket and has a nice touch on his free throws. Watson can put the ball on the floor and moves well without the ball in his hands. He is a strong rebounder and is a good post defender. Watson is a talented forward prospect who will be one to watch over the next couple of months.
Brandon Benjamin Brandon Benjamin 6'7" | PF St. Thomas More | 2025 State New E , 6’7 Bergen Catholic
Benjamin’s stock has been on the rise for the last couple of months and should continue in the summer. The 6’7 forward has a good face-up game as he can put the ball on the floor and finish through contact. Benjamin is a solid passer and sets good screens in the half court. He rips down rebounds on both ends of the floor and uses his length and athleticism to influence shots around the basket. Benjamin plays with a motor that doesn’t stop, which makes him an intriguing prospect to watch in the 2024 class.
Richard Brisco Richard Brisco 6'8" | C Hillcrest Prep | 2024 State AZ , 6’8 Roselle Catholic
Brisco is one of the top defenders in the class as he can anchor the defense from the post. The 6’8 forward is a great shot-blocker as he uses his timing to swat shots around the basket. Brisco holds his ground on interior defense, but also knows how to get position in the paint and score on offense. He has an underrated handle and moves well without the ball in his hands. Brisco’s ability to defend the paint is something that will help his recruitment during the summer.
Matt Hodge Matt Hodge 6'8" | PF St. Rose | 2024 State #104 Nation NJ , 6’8 St. Rose
Hodge is one of the most skilled forwards in the class and will put it on display over the next couple of months. The 6’8 forward has a good handle, which he uses to beat his defender off the bounce and finish around the rim. Hodge threads passes to teammates and is comfortable pushing the pace in transition. He skies for rebounds on both ends of the floor and can make opponents pay for giving him space behind the arc. Hodge’s versatility makes him one of the most interesting prospects to watch in the class.
