Zach Kinziger Zach Kinziger 6'3" | SG De Pere | 2025 State #127 Nation WI — SG — Team Herro
Kinziger had an excellent high school season for DePere. He impressed in many different ways. But now, it appears that the shooting guard has taken his game to another level. Playing for Team Herro, Kinziger has displayed a diverse skill set. He scores from all three levels, plays high level on ball defense, and is also an effective floor general who gets his teammates involved in the scoring action. Kinziger has recently received a couple of Division One scholarship offers. More will certainly be on the way soon.
Jamarion Batemon Jamarion Batemon 6'3" | CG Milwaukee Academy of Science | 2025 State #174 Nation WI — SG — Power Five
I really liked what I saw from Batemon this past high school season. The shooting guard is a dynamic scorer. He can fill it up from all three levels with ease. Regardless of who is matched up against, the Power Five standout is going to look to score. He has a tight handle and smooth jumper from the midrange. Batemon does a great job of getting to his spots, rising up, and then scoring. Expect top level college programs to track Batemon very closely moving forward.
A.J. Bender A.J. Bender 6'4" | CG Lake Mills | 2025 State WI — SG — Wisconsin Playground Club
I love how Bender is able to score. The 6-foot-4 shooting guard has a very high-IQ, which he combines with finesse and skill. Bender does an excellent job of scoring in many different ways. If the opposing defense is pressing him on the perimeter, then Bender is able to attack the paint and finish at the rim. But if the defense gives him too much space, Bender is more than happy to step into three’s and convert. Bender has stood out to college programs recently, as he earned two Division One scholarship offers!
Darius Chestnut — SG — RIT Elite
An unsigned 2023 prospect, Chestnut has been awesome while playing on the Prep Hoops Circuit. The shooting guard checks off many boxes. He is athletic, skilled as a scorer and slasher, and also a dominant defender when locked in. At the college level, I have no doubt about Chestnut’s ability to impact winning at the college level. He does many small things that help his team win basketball games.
Avery Houden Avery Houden 6'5" | SF Middleton | 2024 State WI — SF — Wisconsin Academy
I believe that Houden has potential to blossom into one of the better prospects in the state. The Wisconsin Academy small forward’s skillset could translate perfectly to the college level. He has great positional size, as he stands at 6-foot-5 with long arms. He is also able to stretch the floor and drain long range shots. Houden is a tough guard for any defender due to his versatility. He makes threes, can play above the rim, and is also an underrated rim protector.
Anton Kilde Anton Kilde 6'3" | CG Portage | 2024 WI — CG — Wisconsin Truth
Kilde has really stood out as a stock riser for Wisconsin Truth this spring. I love the physicality that the combo guard brings to the table. He excels as a rebounder and finisher around the rim. Even though he stands at just 6-foot-3, the Wisconsin Truth prospect plays much bigger than his frame. Kilde certainly won’t be outmuscled in the paint.
Andrew Jensen Andrew Jensen 6'9" | C Kaukauna | 2026 State WI — PF — All Wisconsin
Jensen still has a long way to go in his development. But right now, the All Wisconsin power forward is showing a ton potential. He stands at 6-foot-9 and puts his size to good use. When Jensen is able to hover around the paint, there aren’t many offensive players that will be able to avoid him. Jensen is going to meet you at the rim and block your shot. I really look forward to watching Jensen develop in the coming years.
