Wisconsin Crusaders Premier made a solid showing at this loaded event going 2-2. Coming off of this performance they should have a solid foundation in which they have a chance to be special moving forward this year and beyond. During their best performance I saw things that every team strives for ball movement, outside shooting, inside threat, defense presence, good teammates, and capitalizing on opponent’s mistakes. Of course they are grad year 2026 and with that have a bit to go to be a forceful state wide threat but with that I was impressed for not only what they showed but what they could become through time and development.

Summary of Play:
Roan Koeper Roan Koeper 6'9" | PF Neenah | 2026 WI of Neenah has been acknowledged by making my All-Tournament team for the event. Not for the points being scored, just his presence and effect on the game while on the court. With him, this team could have a strong catalyst on both ends of the court. On offense, it’s simple, when the defense sags he is skilled to find the weak spot on the arc for a teammate to shoot the outside jumper. If the defense tries to cover the spacing, get it to him in the high post, turn and shoot or get it to the cutter. On the defensive end, the other teams were very aware of when he was in the game. Their shots changed, becoming almost parameter only teams, or when the opponent was on the inside, they found it hard to finish or drastically changed shot.
Avery Jerabek, Patrick Griesen, Austin Adamczak Austin Adamczak 6'0" | SG Waupaca | 2026 WI : This trio can shoot and more than that they seem to be in the right spots during the flow of the offensive sets so that at least one of them is wide open to shoot the long-distance shot. In the first game I watched they did an excellent job at moving the ball to the open receiver. They all seemed to be high percentage shooters, but the added icing on the cake was, they seemed to instinctively keep staying with the hot hand, again, all within the flow. In their best game each went for at least four 3s apiece, with Adamczak dropping five.
Cole Schaefer & Parion Palmer: This pair appeared to be more within the arc type players (Schaefer did hit a timely 3 though) that did a lot for their club. I witnessed nice cuts and solid screens. They both seemed to be around the ball, willing and able to make plays when numbers were called. Palmer went for 14 points, 5 buckets & 4 from charity stripe.
