With a lot of high level playing time under his belt the one thing that you saw right off the bat is that he got better every game that he has played in. His progression has really taken off. He still needs to clean some stuff up but he is doing all of the right things to get him the right looks for him to land at the right situation at the next level. He is rebounding at a high percentage and he is altering and blocking shots that make players think twice about coming in the lane. Nice little package he goes to with his back to the basket. Big summer and a lot of opportunities to come for him.
Highlights
Although Tyrin is a big guard he has shown that he can play all over the floor. He can hurt you in the post and he can hurt you out in the perimeter. This kid might end up really tall and when he gets more physical and puts on mass he is going to be a bigger problem to deal with.
Owen has done a great job this offseason at learning what he can be effective and and get better in that aspect of his game. He has been solid roaming around the paint and 15-feet in. His patience down in the paint is very well noted as he can catch and take his time getting to his spots and going to his moves. Give him a year to really work on his explosiveness and he is going to really take his game to another level.
Size and shooting really puts Cale in that stretch 4 category. Although he can handle the ball well out in the perimeter he sticks to high percentage shots in the paint or open three-pointers. Cale is a player that can get in the right situation and excel with that inside/outside game. Excited to see him develop in a new system.

Longar has that bully in him. When he gets that ball in the mid-post he has the ability to back down thinner defenders under control and deep in the paint where he can just turn and score the ball. Kid has a nice looking outside jumper as well. On offense his defender can’t sag off because he has a perimeter game. He is a SF with his size but a PF with that strength.

Been able to watch this kid play. He runs the floor well and all he needs is more instruction and direction. He could really be effective coming down the lane and immediately hitting a drag screen that can allow his guards to get loose and that would eventually turn into him getting some easy looks as well. When he touches the ball he has good moves going to the basket. At times he is going to fast, when he lets the play develop he gets better looks. A lot of potential in this kids game.
