Brant is going to have another solid role with the Lions next year as they strive to win another state championship. He stretches the floor nicely, adding a lot of versatility to his game by being able to knock down the deep shot. He dominates down low using his frame, grabbing boards with ease. He played great in the state tournament and I believe he will continue this high play.
Layne is in line for a much bigger role next year with Bonney Lake. He has great size standing at 6’6″ and uses his body very well on the court. He is strong down low when in the paint but is also able to step outside and hit the 3 efficiently. This AAU season will really help Weir as he looks to make his game more well rounded, which I think he will be able to do.
Nolan is a multi-sport athlete who is going to excel in both sports next season during his sophomore year campaign. With quite a few of Sehome’s role players graduating, he will be in more of a leadership role next season. I think he will do a fantastic job as he is spending this AAU season being a leader for Team360 15u this summer. He attacks the ball very well with either hand and can shoot the ball efficiently off the dribble or off the catch.
Garrett will have a much bigger role next year at Ellensburg with the 2023 class graduating. He is extremely long with his wingspan and creates a lot of havoc on the defensive end due to his length. He shoots the ball very well, hitting the 3 at a high percentage. He’s aggressive down low in the paint and finishes nicely around the rim. He will grow his game a lot suiting up for FOH and playing against top talent.
