Now that the season is over and the AAU circuit is beginning, I decided to go back and ask players in all 4 classes about how their seasons went, from their perspective. We got a lot better and I'm very excited for the guys coming back!rnrnu003cemu003e-What was the biggest obstacle you and your team faced this season?u003c/emu003ernrnOne of our biggest obstacles was we would come out slow in games, we improved as the season went on.rnrnu003cemu003e-What do you think you improved most on the court?u003c/emu003ernrnI gained alot of confidence over the summer, I'm a late bloomer and my began to mature more athletically.rnrnu003cemu003e-What are you looking to improve before the next level?u003c/emu003ernrnI'm looking to gain weight and muscle and get quicker.rnrnu003cemu003e-Who are some teammates that you think stood out this season? Who are some teammates who could have breakout years next year in your eyes?u003c/emu003ernrnMatt and Grant are both big time players that will be successful at the next level. Isaac shot the ball at an extremely high precent and we relied on him to hit big time shots. Dane did a great job taking care of the ball and creating shots for us he's a huge part of our success. In my opinion the 2 best reserves in the NWC were all on our team [player_tooltip player_id='1685499' first='Nolan' last='Wright'] and Braddock Duckworth are key returns with crazy potential both gave us great minutes this year and I see them being all league guys next year!","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_1_player":["1450562"],"_player_evaluations_1_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_1_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_1_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"u003cemu003e-How do you think your team and yourself performed throughout this season?u003c/emu003ernrnI think we had a rough start to the year. We were good defensively but we struggled to find a flow together offensively. At the end of the season we had found our rhythm when we beat Ferris and Cheney but it was too late. All of us definitely learned, and we will be back next year.rnrnu003cemu003e-What was the biggest obstacle you and your team faced this season?u003c/emu003ernrnThe biggest obstacle like I had said was finding our flow offensively. We had so much scorers on the team so our offensive possessions were short. We would struggle to run through the offense without a shot going up early.rnrnu003cemu003e-What do you think you improved most on the court?u003c/emu003ernrnI think this season for me was a big awakening. Throughout the season I think i improved my motor and effort I gave out on the court.rnrnu003cemu003e-What are you looking to improve before next season?u003c/emu003ernrnI want to improve my rebounding ability and also define more aspects of my offensive game like shooting and post moves. I want to get my body weight to 225lbs by my senior year.rnrnu003cemu003e-Who are some teammates that you think stood out this season? Who are some teammates who could have breakout years next year in your eyes?u003c/emu003ernrnI think my team was individually deep this year. One of the players I think performed the best is [player_tooltip player_id='2845148' first='Elijah' last='Williams']. He was the leading scorer and the leader of the team. Another player that stood out to me was Gelonni ”juju” Ervin. Juju was a beast on the glass and he is definitely the number 1 sophomore out here. A player I think could have a breakout season is makai Daniels. He is a 6'6 forward who's lights out. He got injured right before the season so he wasn't able to come back until mid season. When he got back his ankle still wasn't completely back. Next year I think makai when he's back to himself will have an amazing junior season.","_player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_2_player":["1463067"],"_player_evaluations_2_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_2_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_2_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_2_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_2_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_2_evaluation":"u003cemu003e-How do you think your team and yourself performed throughout this season?u003c/emu003ernrnI feel like our team competed at a very high level a lot of people thought we couldn't meet. We fought, laughed, cried together. There is always room for improvement, but I felt we played our hearts out and you got to live with the results.rnrnu003cemu003e-What was the biggest obstacle you and your team faced this season?u003c/emu003ernrnI feel like our biggest obstacle this year was finding out what type of team we were and who we wanted to be. u003cemu003ernu003c/emu003ernrnu003cemu003e-What do you think you improved most on the court?u003c/emu003ernrnI think I improved most on just being a solid point guard. controlling the floor and leading in the best way I could.rnrnu003cemu003e-What are you looking to improve before next season?u003c/emu003ernrnNext year I feel like I need to improve most on being dependable. Coach gives me a task no matter if it's my strong suit or not I go out and execute better then expected. u003cemu003ernu003c/emu003ernrnu003cemu003e-Who are some teammates that you think stood out this season? Who are some teammates who could have breakout years next year in your eyes?u003c/emu003ernrnSome teammates I feel really stood out was our whole team really, 24' [player_tooltip player_id='1440564' first='Malcolm' last='Clark'] and 24' Brian Shannon came off the bench and gave us great sparks!","_player_evaluations_2_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_3_player":["1390807"],"_player_evaluations_3_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_3_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_3_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_3_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_3_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_3_evaluation":"u003cemu003e-How do you think your team and yourself performed throughout this season?u003c/emu003ernrnAs a team, I believed that we were playing pretty well before league play, given the competitive schedule we had. When league play came around however, we didn't play defense consistently, and that's probably one of the problems that caused us to miss the playoffs. Individually I believe I had a solid season.rnrnu003cemu003e-What was the biggest obstacle you and your team faced this season?u003c/emu003ernrnThe biggest obstacle we faced was injuries and sickness. During league play, we had at least one player that was unable to play for each game. Our league is very small, with only five teams including us. The eight league games (we play each team twice) alone determine whether or not we go into the playoffs. Us having players in and out of the rotation really made it difficult for us to find a flow.rnrnu003cemu003e-What do you think you improved most on the court?u003c/emu003ernrnI would say that my 3-pointer improved the most on the court. Last year I shot 22.7% from three. I worked on it in the offseason, and shot 48.3% from three this past season.rnrnu003cemu003e-What are you looking to improve before the next level?u003c/emu003ernrnWhat I am looking to improve before the next level is footspeed, contested and off the dribble 3 point shooting, and ball handling. I also want to become bigger and stronger, and more athletic.rnrnu003cemu003e-Who are some teammates that you think stood out this season? Who are some teammates who could have breakout years next year in your eyes?u003c/emu003ernrnSome teammates I believe stood out this season was my point guard [player_tooltip player_id='1728940' first='Jaytin' last='Hara'], and [player_tooltip player_id='1587966' first='Elijah' last='Pierre']. Some guys I see having breakout seasons next year are Geoffrey Keleb Jr, [player_tooltip player_id='1587966' first='Elijah' last='Pierre'], [player_tooltip player_id='2205040' first='David' last='Zieve'], and Alex Lundquist.","_player_evaluations_3_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":4,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"preview","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-642a4f47b2e97"} /-->
