Hard Work Region Kick Off: 2024 Standouts

Matched up against another 6'5 wing, Logan was working for high percentage shots with his ability to dribble into a post-up and then hit a short turnaround jumper over length. He hit that shot two or three times, and then with the defender expecting it Logan performed an up-and-under move leading to an easy lay-up. Rindfleisch wasn't forcing his game, and was taking high percentage shots only. Also had a couple of nice assists with one being off a drive and another from the block. Defensively he moves his feet well at his size, and has the length to wall up and contest around the basket. The junior point guard showed excellent change of speed on the ball, allowing him to get by his man and get downhill towards the basket. He was one of the smaller players on the floor but was able to go right into defenders and keep his chin at the rim to finish off some difficult chances through contact. Had a couple of last second dump off passes leading to easy buckets for his teammates as well. On the defensive end he's a pest on the ball de to his quickness and his willingness to get right up under opposing ball handlers and make things difficult for them. Had success finishing strong at the rim and even mixing in a smooth reverse lay-up. Yes, he could score the ball with his strength and footwork around the rim as well as touch from beyond the arc. But he does so many things to impact a game outside of scoring. He's a major threat on the glass who can take a defensive board and then initiate the break on his own. Dallas is also a talented passer both out of the block or off the drive as he was setting his shooters up with accurate and timely passes right into their hands. Even against a Full Package team filled with size and talent, Kameron was finding ways to contribute in the paint. He possesses good agility at his size and it allowed him to beat his man to the rim on a couple of straight line drives. Also worked for his scoring opportunities with hard fought offensive rebounds. Flashed some touch on his jumper with a couple of mid-range makes as well. He had success using a shifty handle to get to his spots and elevate for his jumper. Rayborn gets good elevation on his shot and releases the ball at the peak of his jump allowing him to get shots off over longer defenders. He did a nice job of keeping his man on his hip once he gained an edge off the dribble, and then just exploding to the basket. Sam finished from a variety of angles utilizing his touch off the glass to convert at a high level.
