The Tigers came up short but Smith was absolutely dominant in the paint and specifically what he was able to do in the third and fourth quarters. Smith finished with 19 points and 17 rebounds on the night. He had nine rebounds on the offensive glass alone and those game stats were a complete contrast from his first half numbers. After the first two quarters, Smith only had four points and three rebounds. He was the energizer bunny for Tahlequah as he seemed like he kept getting stronger as the game went on.","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_1_player":["1838742"],"_player_evaluations_1_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_1_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_1_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"Edison's season came to an end on Wednesday as the Eagles could not get their shots to fall, shooting just over 30 percent as a team. But senior [player_tooltip player_id='1838742' first='Jay' last='Overton-Tobie'] was a bright spot for the Eagles as he would finish with a game-high 16 points and went 7-12 from the field. Del City had a distinct size advantage as they have had in most games this season. But Tobie didn't back away from the challenge of going right at the Del Cty defense and did a great job of attacking throughout the evening. Tobie did a good job of keeping the Eagles within striking distance of Del City throughout the second and third quarters. It just wasn't their night from the field.","_player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_2_player":["1211248"],"_player_evaluations_2_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_2_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_2_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_2_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_2_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_2_evaluation":"Holland Hall got the day started in Class 5A with a big win over El Reno, beating the Indians 51-36. Holland Hall head coach Teddy Owens told us earlier this season how senior [player_tooltip player_id='1211248' first='Nate' last='Mullendore'] was the engine that made the Dutch go and the senior forward played like it on Wednesday. Mullendore finished with a game-high 13 points and also grabbed 10 rebounds in the win. The double-double from Mullendore sparked the Dutch, who had three finish in double figures, to get the big win on Wednesday. Mullendore lived in the paint and used the glass to his advantage. The undersized forward played big for Holland Hall on Wednesday.","_player_evaluations_2_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_3_player":["1357063"],"_player_evaluations_3_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_3_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_3_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_3_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_3_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_3_evaluation":"Del City would keep Edison at arms length throughout their quarterfinal clash, winning 49-40. Senior wing [player_tooltip player_id='1357063' first='Percy' last='Green'] led the Eagles with 15 points and would finish 6-12 from the field and more importantly went 3-4 from beyond the arc on Wednesday night. Green's shooting has always been the main thing that has impressed me about him as a prospect. Green hit timely shots throughout the game whenever Edison would make a run and threaten Del City's lead. It always seemed like it was Green that had a quick response on the other end. Green is one of the better unsigned 2023 prospects in the state and he's primed for a big week in Norman.","_player_evaluations_3_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_4_player":["1367219"],"_player_evaluations_4_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_4_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_4_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_4_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_4_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_4_evaluation":"Each time I've seen Carl Albert in person this season, I come away very impressed how junior guard [player_tooltip player_id='1367219' first='Quincy' last='Hopkins'] can seemingly take over a game at any point. That's what happened on Wednesday as the Titans beat Tahlequah 62-50. In the second quarter, Hopkins could not be stopped with his mid-range and floater game. He would finish 15 points with almost all of it coming in the second quarter as the Titans would build a lead that Tahlequah would not be able to overcome in the second half. Hopkins was arguably the most impressive athlete on the floor and he played like it. Coming up with multiple steals and finishes at the other end.","_player_evaluations_4_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_5_player":["1807984"],"_player_evaluations_5_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_5_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_5_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_5_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_5_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_5_evaluation":"While Hopkins might have been the most impressive athlete on the floor in the Carl Albert-Tahlequah game, junior wing [player_tooltip player_id='1807984' first='Ryan' last='Reynolds'] was without a doubt the best shooter in attendance. The junior could not miss from beyond the arc as he would go 4-4 in the first quarter alone from three-point range. Reynolds finished with a game-high 22 points, going 6-11 from beyond the arc. He would live in the corners on Wednesday, knocking down shot after shot. And with Carl Albert's guard duo of [player_tooltip player_id='1211255' first='Jordan' last='England'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1367219' first='Quincy' last='Hopkins'], who put so much pressure on a defense, having the option of Reynolds to kick it out to was a big benefit Wednesday.","_player_evaluations_5_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_6_player":["967378"],"_player_evaluations_6_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_6_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_6_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_6_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_6_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_6_evaluation":"Our final player on this top performer feature had the best performance of Wednesday's games. Memorial senior and NSU signee [player_tooltip player_id='967378' first='Seth' last='Pratt'] went off on Wednesday, scoring a game-high 26 points, grabbed 10 rebounds and dished out 5 assists in the win. Pratt has been known as a shooter for years for the Chargers but on Wednesday, he was much more than that. He still went 5-7 from beyond the arc but he was driving and finishing at the rim despite receiving plenty of contact. Pratt's performance boosted the Chargers to outscore Southeast 30-8 in the third quarter alone as the defending champs made quite the statement that they're ready to repeat.","_player_evaluations_6_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":7,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"edit","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-64096429384f5"} /-->
