Which prospects have stood out in the race for Mr. Basketball?

[player_tooltip player_id='953944' first='Milan' last='Momcilovic'] -- SF -- Pewaukee

Meet the frontrunner. It is going to take an incredible performance down the stretch to snatch this award away from Momcilovic. The small forward is averaging 23.9 points per game while facing top competition. As long as he stays healthy, Mr. Basketball is Momcilovic's to lose.

[player_tooltip player_id='1289040' first='Marcus' last='Hall'] -- SG -- DC Everest

One of the biggest stock risers in the state, Hall has proven himself as the cream of the crop. He is a dynamic scorer from all three levels. Scoring 23.3 points per game this season, Hall has done a great job leading his squad. Next year at UW-Green Bay, expect big things from the shooting guard.

[player_tooltip player_id='953943' first='John' last='Kinziger'] -- SG -- De Pere

It is all out in front of Kinziger this season. The De Pere shooting guard has an opportunity to leave his mark in a way that not many high school basketball players have. Through 15 games, Kinziger is scoring 18.7 points, grabbing 4.5 rebounds, and dishing out 5.2 assists per game. Come March, expectations will be high for Kinziger and De Pere.

[player_tooltip player_id='1141638' first='Gavyn' last='Hurley'] -- CG -- Middleton

There is no doubt about Hurley's talent. The combo guard is having an excellent senior season. Not only has he led Middleton to an unblemished record so far, but Hurley is also putting up great individual numbers. He is scoring just under 20 points per game to go along with 7.4 rebounds and 3.3 assists.

[player_tooltip player_id='981000' first='Riley' last='Brooks'] -- SG -- Ripon

Brooks is a real sleeper for Wisconsin's Mr. Basketball. The Ripon shooting guard is putting up ridiculous numbers this season. He is scoring 31.2 points and snagging 9.2 rebounds per contest. Even though his chances of taking home the award may be slim, Brooks certainly deserves credit for his incredible senior season.

[player_tooltip player_id='953956' first='Luther' last='Smith'] Jr. -- SG -- Sussex Hamilton

Smith has quickly become one of my favorite prospects to watch in the state. Early in his high school career, Smith served as primarily a catch and shoot player. But now, he has developed into a versatile scorer. He gets buckets with ease at all three levels. This season, Smith is scoring over 30 points per game while facing top competition.

[player_tooltip player_id='1138463' first='Demarion' last='Burch'] -- SG -- Milwaukee Hamilton

Burch certainly deserves consideration for Mr. Basketball. The Milwaukee Hamilton shooting guard has proven himself to be one of the best scorers in the state. He is scoring 27.4 points per game on great efficiency. Burch recently committed to Bradley. At the college level, expect Burch to find great success.
