Tuesday - Austin Villarreal (Arrowhead) vs [player_tooltip player_id='1012675' first='Jamiir' last='Allen'] (Wisconsin Lutheran)

Two of the best teams in Wisconsin regardless of division match up on Tuesday night, and the point guard battle should be a good one. Villarreal leads Arrowhead in scoring at 19.4 ppg, and is capable of lighting it up from beyond the arc. He has to be accounted for at all times as he's active off the ball and is constantly moving to find space to get a shot off. [player_tooltip player_id='1012675' first='Jamiir' last='Allen'] is one of the fastest players in the state with the ability to fly up the floor for transition buckets, as well as beat his man off the dribble in the half-court. Once he gets into the lane he has the vision to create for his teammates but can also elevate and finish with touch at the rim. Two athletic guards who can sit deep in a stance and defend while also producing at a high level on the offensive end.

Thursday - [player_tooltip player_id='1156904' first='Drew' last='Murphy'] (Verona) vs [player_tooltip player_id='1274622' first='Clevon' last='Easton'] (Madison East)

The Madison area will watch as two of the most talented sophomores in the state face off on Thursday night. [player_tooltip player_id='1156904' first='Drew' last='Murphy'] of Verona has been putting up over 20 ppg this season, and with a strong 6'5 frame he's a difficult matchup with his perimeter skill and finishing ability. Plays with good change of pace, and does a great job of scoring within the flow of the offense rather than forcing his own shots. [player_tooltip player_id='1274622' first='Clevon' last='Easton'] is coming off a big game against Sun Prairie West. He's a freak athlete at 6'4 with a shifty handle and high level lay-up package. It doesn't matter who you throw on him, he's going to find ways to get into the paint and either finish or dish it off to one of his forwards. Has the physical tools to guard nearly every spot on the floor at the high school level.

Thursday - [player_tooltip player_id='1289076' first='Eli' last='Lindsey'] (Mineral Point) vs [player_tooltip player_id='1117317' first='Will' last='Murray'] (Darlington)

Mineral Point and Darlington have both gotten off to stellar starts this season. [player_tooltip player_id='1289076' first='Eli' last='Lindsey'] is having a strong sophomore season to help lead the way for Mineral Point. At around 6'5-6'6 he has plenty of length, with the ability to post up smaller wings with his footwork and touch from the block, while also stepping out and posing a threat from beyond the arc. [player_tooltip player_id='1117317' first='Will' last='Murray'] is a versatile wing-forward with size at 6'6-6'7. He runs the floor hard in transition, and does a nice job of playing off two feet around the basket. Murray possesses good instincts off the ball defensively to pick off passes and get out the other way in transition.

Friday - [player_tooltip player_id='981001' first='Simeon' last='Murchison'] (Milwaukee Hamilton) vs Will Whorton (Milwaukee King)

Two of Wisconsin's top frontcourt players will be facing off in Milwaukee on Friday night. Simeon has been a walking double-double, using his long frame and quick second bounce to dominate on the glass and finish off second chance opportunities at a high percentage. He runs the floor as hard as any big in the state, but can also score with his back to the basket or hit mid-range shots. He'll face off against Will Whorton who can dominate a game on the defensive end. Whorton has an extremely long wingspan with the mobility to switch out on the perimeter while also being a dominant shot blocker inside. Offensively he's begun to stretch the floor from deep and he looks to dunk everything at the rim.

Saturday - [player_tooltip player_id='1390441' first='Devin' last='Brown'] (MAS) vs Daniel Tobiloba (Grand View Christian IA)

MAS will have their hands full at the Midwest Players Classic as they face off against the #1 ranked 1A team in Iowa. [player_tooltip player_id='1390441' first='Devin' last='Brown'] has been a monster in the paint this winter as he has some freakish explosiveness at 6'7 with the ability to dunk just about everything inside. He plays with an edge and isn't afraid to get physical to pull in rebounds and finish everything in the paint. He'll face one of two 6'10+ players in Daniel Tobiloba. At 7' Daniel is an impressive athlete who can get up and down the floor and has a quick burst to blocks shots. His defensive timing is excellent and his long arms allow him to send shots flying back to where they came from. Constant double-double threat who will look to dominate a game inside.
