Evangel has A TON of talent and you could put

on this list and not be wrong. Doerr is a talented scoring guard who has shown he can fill it up from all over the court. Christian is also quite bouncy. He has D1 upside.

still recovering from an injury, Murray has started to figure out how to win without their Senior leader. English is leading them in scoring at 13 per game and adding 6 rebounds per contest. If they’re going to beat Evangel, Murray will need a total team effort.
If you would have asked me who is leading the 15th region in RPI right now, I would have blindly said Pikeville. But Martin is 18-2 and knocked off the Panthers for the regional title. Hale is averaging an impressive 21 points per game with 52-42-78 shooting splits. That’s very high level.
One of the better players this season that flies mainly under the radar, Kyler is leading Harlan to a big time season and averaging 23 points per game while doing it. McClendon may be the best pound for pound athlete in the 2024 class in Kentucky. He’s had some serious highlight plays this season.
LCA is like Evangel in that you could put several kids on this list and all would make sense. Green is the Eagles leading scorer but they also get solid contributions from Tyler Hall,

all are capable of big games but Andersen is the most consistent of the bunch.
Baker is the rare 3 sport athlete who excels at all of them. Beau is big and strong and is a load in the post. He will be a matchup issue for LCA thanks to his size and strength. If he can do some midrange scoring against a zone, he could be the difference maker on Thursday.
Teagan is the best prospect in the All A this year and has the potential to carry Owen County to a couple of wins and a potential run to the weekend games. Moore is one of the state’s top scorers and rebounders and leads Owen County in about every statistical category.
Ragland is a good player but he’s even more impressive with his academics. Woodford is the only player in the event who has a full scholarship to about any school in the country thanks to his perfect ACT score. Collegiate upset KCD to get to Richmond and will need a huge game from Woodford and others to knock off Owen County.
