I will be taking a look all season for the top performances as the season progresses. Here’s just a handful of top performances I have watched live, been sent by the player, or seen on Twitter. There are MANY other players who have stood out that I missed as well. Here’s some of Devin’s Standouts!
Burlington-Edison is a team who I think could make some noise this season within the NWC and the entire 2A class. Blaine is insanely athletic, quick, and is always bringing the energy for the team. The Tigers played a tough Mount Vernon squad but came up with the close victory. Blaine came up big with 20 points, 7 rebounds, and 5 assists. He’s going to continue to put up numbers like these.
Julian, in my eyes, is a candidate to rise in the rankings when the 2024 class is updated. The Quincy guard is a SCORER. He can put the ball on the ground or hit the jumper from mid-range and deep with ease. Against Chelan he dropped 29 points, 6 rebounds, and contributed 2 steals on the defensive side. He’s off to a great start this year and will look to continue it for his team.
Highlights
He’s not an upperclassman but i needed to include him. This 2025 guard is starting to make a name for himself with more playing time coming his way. In his third game of the year, Vince dropped 24 points, 6 rebounds, and 4 steals. He also was perfect from the free throw line going 7 for 7. He’s a candidate himself to jump into the 2025 class rankings, he definitely has the skills.
Highlights
This senior is someone I’m watching closely this year. He was a player who I thought could do some special things for this Mark Morris team. He’s EXTREMELY athletic, dunking on someone during their win over Ridgefield. He also dropped 34 points that night, overall having a big game for the senior. I don’t think this will be his last game like this.

Jaedyn is a stud on the court. He’s a player who can score at all 3 levels and is extremely efficient from the field. He creates well for his teammates at the same time, too. Against Freeman HS, he shot the ball 15/20 from the field finishing with 37 points and the BIG dunk that is linked below. He has D1 skills, if you ask me. College coaches would be lucky to land him.
