Hoophall West Player Evals: AZ Compass Prep

There was plenty of national talent on display during the 3 day event. He showed touch on his mid range shot and seems to be getting more comfortable shooting the 3 ball. He showed patience on offense letting his shot come to him as opposed to hunting shots. What I really liked was that he displayed high effort on the defensive end. He tried to dunk everything and rebounded at a high rate. His offense showed improvement as he nailed some mid range jumpers. He guarded multiple players and did it with ease. His offensive game right now goes as his defense goes. He showed an excellent feel for the game and showed the ability to create his own offense as well as keeping his teammates involved. He also showed more focus on the defensive side of the ball. Whenever he was on the floor defenses had to be aware of where he was because with his quick release he can reel off 4 or 5 straight in a hurry. He also showed that he enjoys the opportunity to lock up opposing guards. Could prove to be a steal for <strong>Portland</strong>.<br></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
