This young class features several promising big and wing players, in this article, a follow-up to Wings and Bigs Part 1 we take a look at some of the top ones in the class.
I was able to see Williams this summer playing with the Las Vegas Knicks. He’s a highly skilled prospect that shoots the ball well from behind the three point line. Keep an eye on him as a stockriser, as he also has a decent slashing game, which allows him to score the ball from multiple levels.
I’m always intrigued by young, long armed wings so Taylor has been on my radar for some time. In addition to his length, he’s a physical driver that plays through contact well on his way to the rim.
Hearns put together a strong summer to go from off the radar to inside the top 15. He was productive when I saw him at our Top 250 Expo, and I’ve loved what I’ve seen of him on film from this summer’s Grizzly Tournament. He has good positional size, and is a shot maker from both outside the three point line, and from mid range.
Highlights
I’ve follwed Goss’s game throughout his middle school days, and have always been impressed with his pace. He is a super skilled player that can create a shot for himself, or set up teammates. Should get some minutes for Silverado this season, so excited to see what he does.
Just saw Caesar last week, and liked what I saw. A do it all type of guard that probably can best be described as simply a player, Caesar brings defensive intensity and outside shooting to any club he suits up for.
