2025 Rankings Update: Knockdown Shooters

Bryce played with a 2024 squad and was a big contributor to a good Rising Stars team. He does an excellent job of coming off of screens and being ready to shoot in a hurry. Bryce can go on big scoring runs that can shift the momentum of a game. He shows potential to be a good scorer off of the dribble, he is a notable sophomore to keep track of this season.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='1369819' first='Cal' last='Baskind'] - Mountain Vista</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='1369819' first='Cal' last='Baskind'] is a smooth-scoring lefty looking to make an impact with a good Mountian Vista squad this year. Cal is a knockdown shooter off of the catch and creates most of his scoring opportunities off the catch. He can catch and shoot or take defenders in off of the dribble. In the mid-range, Cal is a crafty scorer who uses changes of pace to find openings. Cal due to his good footwork and balance can hit a variety of shots off the dribble using different angles to score. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='1577973' first='Creed' last='Schutte'] - Legend</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='1577973' first='Creed' last='Schutte'] is a shooting guard who has very good scoring instincts. With the ball in his hands, Creed has shown flashes of being a very good ballhandler through pressure. Creed is a good shooter on and off of the dribble. He has good instincts off the catch using pump fakes and then makes quick moves to get mid-range jump shots. I am interested to see how Creed plays with a young Legend team this year.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='1479352' first='Alec' last='Roumph'] - Regis Jesuit</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='1479352' first='Alec' last='Roumph'] is a shooting guard with good size and notable scoring abilities. Alec can stretch the floor with his catch-and-shoot abilities. He also shows potential as a three-level scorer. Attacking the basket he has solid instincts near the rim and an intriguing floater game. Alec will likely have a big role with Regis Jesuit this year as a complimentary guard with a good amount of opportunity. Alec has all the starting tools to become a very good scorer.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
