Tounde Yessoufou of St. Joseph (Santa Maria) took home the overall camp MVP honors while he was joined by Modesto Christian guard Rashod Cotton as being selected the Top 30 game Most Outstanding Players. In this piece we take a look at the best shooters in the event.
Loukas Jones, 2025, Clovis North
Jones is your typical sharpshooting two guard whose lightning-quick release makes him a difficult guy to close out to and run off the line. The 6-foot-3 sophomore moves well without the ball, is always shot-ready when a teammate is driving through the lane and is consistent when pulling off of a shot-fake or a jab-step to create the tiny bit of space he needs from a pressuring defender.
Noah Bendinger Noah Bendinger 6'4" | CG Corner Canyon | 2025 State UT , 2025, Juan Diego (UT)
Bendinger is in the conversation for best all-around shooter in the entire event. The 6-foot-1 off-guard is as smooth as they come when pulling off the catch and his picturesque release makes you think every shot he takes has a chance to go in. Bendinger is a multiple-spot, multiple-range shooter whose consistency behind-the-arc isn’t dependent on where he is on the floor. The sophomore is as consistent off the bounce as he is off the catch.
Parker Spees, 2026, Buchanan
Spees is an intriguing freshman because of his size, length and simple, but pure, shooting mechanics. The 6-foot-4 wing/guard shot the three-ball at a high clip and his ability to stretch the floor made him a primary target of teammates who were looking to drive and kick. Spees’ mechanics are as fundamental as they come and it showed in his ability to hit three’s from multiple spots and angles of the floor.
Rashod Cotton, 2026, Modesto Christian
Cotton will appear in another category story from this event – most likely the one breaking down the best scorers – but we’re going to include him in the best shooters list as well. The 6-footer was probably the best off-the-bounce shooter with his ability to stop on a dime and elevate smoothly into a pull-up jumper. The freshman combo guard is creative when getting to his spots off the dribble and uses hesitations and dribble moves to create space to pull from any area of the court.
Zak Abdalla, 2025, Foothill (NV)
Abdalla came on late as one of the better shooters in the camp, earning him a spot in Top 60 game. The 6-foot-2 shooting guard out of Nevada scored 22 points with a handful of three’s and pull up jumpers which earned him a spot in the Top 30 game. The thing we liked most about Abdalla was his ability to put it on the floor and dish, then relocate to a spot where his teammate could find him for an open three on a re-drive.
