We dive into the positional rankings. We now look at the small forwards for the sophomore class.

An obvious incredible group with 6 in the top-10 and one, of course, is Nationally ranked.

Here are the top-8 SF's in the 2025 class:

[player_tooltip player_id='1129193' first='Koa' last='Peat'] Perry (Pictured)

One of the top ranked players in the country has a lot to like. There is not much he can't do from handling the ball like a guard, hitting threes, scoring off the catch or dribble, attacking the basket, finding teammates and rebounding in and out of his area. His ability to score through contact at his size makes him tougher then most to defend.

[player_tooltip player_id='1554501' first='Xavier' last='McLean'] Phhoenix Prep

A long and thicker framed wing forward moves fluidly laterally to defend. He just moved in from Canada and he can shoot it from mid to the three point line and passes well for position. His ball rotates like it should and does a lot of the little things to help a team win.

[player_tooltip player_id='1333492' first='Michael' last='Simcoe'] Sandra Day O'Connor

A strong wing forward works well in the painted area but has really started extending his range out to the stripe. He handles it fairly well and can score inside with power moves and advanced post footwork plus he springs up quickly to rebound.

[player_tooltip player_id='1150843' first='Andrew' last='Bhesenia'] Boulder Creek

A bigger sized point forward type handles the ball like a guard and makes smart reads to teammates. He takes very long strides to get to the basket and will flush it down easily. His ability to take the ball off the glass and push makes him a tough cover.

[player_tooltip player_id='1301344' first='Kingston' last='Tosi'] Millennium

One of the stock risers in the class is starting to find his footing as a prospect. He scores the ball from inside and out with post moves and shoots it from the three point line. He is getting more comfortable playing off of PG Pickens.

[player_tooltip player_id='996172' first='D'Andre' last='Harrison'] Perry

A highly skilled forward who has length, a big IQ and toughness. He rebounds the ball in and out of his area, he can pass it and loves to work at the high post. He will shoot it or rip through and go to work inside.

[player_tooltip player_id='1449361' first='Caspian' last='Jones'] St. Mary's

One of the top newcomers transferred from a tiny prep school. He shoots it off the catch best from the perimeter and can rattle off shots from the three point line. He uses his sturdy frame to rebound and runs the floor well. He will take pressure off PG Phipps.

[player_tooltip player_id='1364929' first='Jackson' last='Hunter'] Liberty

One of the top shooters in the group has ball skills, some vertical pop and a little wiggle in his handle to create his own offense. He is best off the catch shooting the three point shot and will hit the from mid-range. He can play the 2 and 3.
