It’s rare to see an incoming freshman standing at 6’8, let alone one with the type of athleticism that Andrew possesses. In his first game of the day Andrew recorded three blocks within the first five minutes, moving his feet laterally to get into position around the rim while also stepping out to swat a jumpshot. He runs the floor so hard and has the type of speed that will lead to a bunch of transition buckets throughout his high school career. In game one that resulted in an impressive two hand slam as well as a reverse lay-up which showcased his coordination at his size. Jensen has good hands to catch off the pick & roll and he did well to not bring the ball down low to where smaller defenders could poke it free. He’s still a bit raw on the ball as most bigs his age are, but the physical tools and defensive abilities at this stage make him one to keep an eye on at Kaukauna.
Bryce Samuel Bryce Samuel 6’4″ | PF Rufus King | 2026 WI was the loudest person in the gym on Sunday, and that included the coaches and parents in attendance. When he was on the bench, Bryce was constantly cheering on his teammates as well as calling things out defensively for his team. When on the floor it was like having a coach right out there with the team. Any time his teammate made a good play Bryce was there to hype them up, and I think it helped energize his team particularly on the defensive end. At 6’2 he was typically smaller than his opponent, but he’s so scrappy defensively that it helped make up for it. Samuel was constantly fighting for position on the block, and always found a body to box out. Offensively he showed a solid game from mid-range, and hit an impressive turnaround jumper along the baseline.

Jacob’s size stood out at 6’8, and he also has a nice set of tools to work with moving forward. Early in the game I watched he flashed a confident shooting stroke as he knocked down a three from the top of the key. One play that also stood out saw Jacob take a defensive rebound, dribble the length of the floor to get into the paint, and then turn over his left shoulder to knock down a right handed hook shot. He just has a solid frame with good coordination and footwork that allows him to go to work in the paint. With his type of size and shooting touch, Broeske has some nice potential moving forward as he continues to improve athletically.
It seems like Brookfield Central is constantly reloading with talent, and Henry will be one to keep an eye on over the next few years. He looks like he could excel as a bit of a stretch-four, as his size at 6’5 mixed with shooting touch makes for a dangerous combination. Henry has such a smooth shooting stroke with his left hand, and was constantly making defenders pay for sagging off of him. Really like his face-up game out of the high post as he’s able to pivot and quickly elevate for a mid-range jumper if the space is there. Just a smart player who didn’t force much on the offensive end and scored with efficiency based on what the defense was giving him.

Ben has some nice potential moving forward at Kimberly. At 6’5 he has good size but also is a mobile athlete who gets up and down the floor with ease and can switch out and defend on the wing when needed. Scored off of an impressive fadeaway jumper from the block with a hand right in his face, showcasing good footwork and shooting touch all in one. He’s very coordinated at 6’5 and I think that will allow him to continue picking up new skills as he already has a good base to work with.

One of the more physically intriguing prospects of the weekend was Oyinpreye Dorgu Oyinpreye Dorgu 6’5″ | C Ashwaubenon | 2026 WI . He stands at 6’5 with long arms, a solid frame, and is so quick off the floor. Dorgu has the ability to dominate games on the glass because of that combination, and even if he just contested a shot he has a quick second leap to go right back up and contend for the rebound. Posts in these types of events don’t normally get a lot of touches, but with the looks he got he showed he can score from the block with a hard dropstep move. Showed some nice flashes throughout the day.
The Fox Valley Association continues to get an influx of size as Roan Koeper Roan Koeper 6’9″ | PF Neenah | 2026 WI will be playing for the reigning state champs Neenah. Nothing flashy about his game, Roan just goes out and produces. Obviously the size is there, but he has good hands to catch the ball in traffic, and he was keeping the ball high where opposing players couldn’t reach it before finishing at the rim. He showcased good touch to finish off the backboard, and even if he did miss Roan was relentless trying to fight for the rebound. Thought he did a good job of setting hard screens that made it difficult for defenders to get over, and he showed good coordination catching and finishing all on the move. Defensively did a nice job of not swinging his arms much when looking to block shots, which allowed him to minimize the amount of fouls he picked up. Does a nice job of going straight up to get a piece of the ball while also forcing countless bad shot attempts in the process.
