Daishaun Buie Daishaun Buie 6'6" | C Jordan | 2023 State UT 6’6 2023 W/SF of Murray HS, Salt Lake Rebels 17U Black.
A long athletic player with some bounce to his game. He’s a good court runner and will use his hops to finish around the rim including dunks. He’s active around the basket playing well off two feet. He hit a couple of mid-range jumpers from the free throw area. He has good length to guard in the post and out on the perimeter.
Jeremy Trail 5’8 2024 PG of Timpview HS, Salt Lake Rebels 16U.
A feisty point guard who did a good job of running the teams offense. He was a patient ball handler, with good vision and passing in half-court and in transition. He found cutters going to the basket, made good post entry passes, and found his shooters in the corners. When left alone he’ll knock down the 3-point shot.
Sude Wells 5’8 2025 PG of Corner Canyon HS, Salt Lake Rebels 15U.
He doesn’t look the part until you see how he plays. He’s a tough competitor who can handle the pressures of being a point guard. He handled the ball pressure in the back court, splitting two players at times. He’s a good passer, moving the ball well from side to side. He’ll look for his shot to keep the defense honest. He hit a couple of step-back jumpers, and knocked down a few 3’s.
Damani Wilkerson 5’11 2025 CG of Hillcrest, Salt Lake Rebels 15U.
He’s a player to keep an eye on moving forward. He has a good body and a decent set of skills to play both guard positions. He handled and passed well, and was able to create some shots of his own off the dribble. He did a solid job of filling lanes in transition, playing through contact, and he did knock down a couple of open 3’s.
Daniel Carnegie Daniel Carnegie 6'5" | PF RSL Academy | 2024 UT 6’5 2024 W/F of Real Salt Lake Academy HS. San Francisco Rebels 17U
Carnegie is a bulky strong looking player who is physical on both ends of the court. He has some footspeed to keep up with players in open court, along with his aggressive style of play defending. He’ll bump and bang bodies in the post to slow you down. He takes it strong to the basket playing through the contact. He has a mid-range jumper, and he’ll help with the rebounding.
Isaac Miller Isaac Miller 6'3" | SG Hillcrest | 2024 State UT 6’3 2024 SG of Hillcrest HS, Salt Lake Rebels 16U
With this event being our first look at some Utah players, the best description of Miller would be he’s a 3pt specialist. Yeah he’ll miss, but he will make 3’s if he’s left unattended no doubt about it. He’s an alert defender who’ll get steals being in the right position and having long arms. He also helped with the rebounding in this age group.
