Wilkerson has been on the rise and he has a lot of upside at the next level as well. Solid decision maker and athlete in the open floor and he could easily be a low risk/high reward next level guard. He can be a true CG which helps him attack off the ball but also make things happen for others through his ability to create on the ball.

Right off the jump he was able to take the tip and flush it for two. The set up was great as he used his body to shield or box out the defender as he went after the ball and rose up and finished. Wilkerson has been able to develop over the past few years and could be a small school athlete that a school picks up as a steal. Defensively he was able to show that he could be engaged and he stays low and in front of the offensive player all while being active with his feet and hands. If he could maintain that intensity through an entire game while he is on the floor, there is no way you can miss on him as a next level player.

The bounce in his game has taken shape and it looks like it will only get better. He showed that he is ready for a takeover year at Hillcrest as he was deploying his three-level scoring. Good patience to his game when he needed to and good IQ to know when he had to take over and go get a bucket.

Wilkerson has some athleticism and a little bit if size to go along with his strength. he can spread the floor as an outside threat and he is solid off the bounce attacking the rim. He is just scratching the surface with his play and he could be a sleeper for a small school looking for a versatile wing.

Wilkerson has been playing at a high level. In his last 4 games he has been putting up solid numbers, but last night he really went off. The ball was moving well all night and it seemed to find Damani many times in quality opportunities to score. He was showing some range on his shot but the way he has been putting the ball on the floor has been impressive and was all night ling against Stansbury.

Damini pulled out a smooth performance as he showed that time and development come a long way. He scored 15 in an upset win over Northridge and the thing that he provides his school the most is his ability to provide balance to the squad as the ball moves around and it exchanges hands and he knows what to do with it when it is his turn.
