[player_tooltip player_id="1168989" first="Andrew" last="Crawford"] - ThunderRidge

[player_tooltip player_id="1168989" first="Andrew" last="Crawford"] had an impressive championship run for ThunderRidge and has followed that up by playing up on a very good Colorado Hawks Adidas Gauntlet squad. Andrew is a 6’5 point guard with a smooth game. With the ball in his hands, he controls the pace of the game and uses his height to look over smaller guards and find open teammates on the floor. Andrew is one of the best passers in the state and sometimes throws amazing no-look passes that are very hard to predict. He is also a good creator for himself and can shoot a good percentage from three-point range.

[player_tooltip player_id="1351363" first="Michael" last="Lewis Jr."] - Denver Prep

Michael "Mikey" Lewis Jr. is a super athletic guard who is great at changing his pace quickly. Mikey with the ball in his hands he makes snappy crossovers but still makes it look very smooth. When going downhill he is able to get defenders out of position using his change of pace, stopping on a dime and then speeding by a defender. Mikey is a great athlete who uses good balance to use euro steps at the rim, can jump high, and finish through contact. When attacking the basket Mikey is very good at using long steps to cover a lot of space in a short amount of time.

[player_tooltip player_id="1137823" first="Maurice" last="Austin"] - Pueblo South

[player_tooltip player_id="1137823" first="Maurice" last="Austin"] statistically had the most impressive season of any underclassmen in the state. Maurice is a small guard who leaves it all on the floor every time he plays. On both ends of the floor, Maurice plays like he is an older player due to his great feel for the game and high IQ. Defensively Maurice is a great on-ball defender and off of the ball is great at jumping passing lanes. Maurice can score at all three levels and even often uses the mid-range pull-up. He has proven to be one of the best all-around players in the state.

[player_tooltip player_id="1318385" first="Carson" last="McDonald"] - George Washington

[player_tooltip player_id="1318385" first="Carson" last="McDonald"] is a high upside forward who has been showing tons of improvement since the high school season. Carson for a 6’8 forward moves very well, he can cut like a wing and is a good rim runner on fastbreaks. From mid-range extended Carson has a jumper to build upon and can go streaks when he is in a rhythm. Defensively he uses his long arms to block and disturb shots at the rim. Carson is a hard-working forward athletic forward with a very high ceiling, at times he seems out of place on offense but his court awareness has gotten much better.

[player_tooltip player_id="1137810" first="James" last="Pulliam"] - Doherty

[player_tooltip player_id="1137810" first="James" last="Pulliam"] is a skilled big power forward with a good feel for the game. James has shown the ability this AAU season to be a legit stretch big man knocking down shots from three-point range. In the high post, he is sneaky quick off of the rip through surprising big men his size. Around the rim, James has good finishing ability and shows good patience when in the post.
