Decedric Webb Decedric Webb 6'5" | SF Huntington | 2023 State LA – 6’6 Forward/Center – OWE-RW3
Webb had a big outing in OWE-RW3’s first game of the day as he set the tone with 39 points on the interior. He finished around the rim, cleaned up on the glass and made things happen as a presence in the paint. He showed off his athleticism, length and prowess with his skills in the paint. He’s a potential stock riser to watch this summer.
Luke Flynn Luke Flynn 6'2" | PG Walton | 2024 State GA – 6’1 Point Guard – Atlanta Timberwolves (2024)
Flynn is an intriguing floor general to know in the Passion Region. He’s quite the vocal floor general already for his squad as he ran the show in their route of the Florida Suns in their opening game. He’s got solid instincts getting his teammates the ball in position to score and does well to run the show for the team.
Domas Kauzonas – 6’10 Center/Forward – Atlanta Timberwolves
Kauzonas is an impressive big man prospect with the Atlanta Timberwolves that showed what he can do as a presence in the paint. He showed off his footwork and ability to operate with his back to the basket down low. He’s a sleeper prospect out of Rabun Gap to keep eyes on.
Gio Williams – 6’2 Guard – Full Package 2023 Select
Williams is a strong lead guard prospect to keep eyes on in the 17U division. He scored 11 of his 15 points in the 2nd half to show off his ability to find openings to create scores. He’s got a nice shooting stroke to keep an eye on.
Dick Rutatika – 6’9 Forward/Center – Full Package 2023 Select
Rutatika was dialed in in the paint on both ends of the floor for Full Package 2023 Select. He’s a sizeable big man that ran the floor well, created opportunities in the paint and showed he can alter shots defensively. As he shows he can protect the rim with his length consistently, look for his recruitment to blossom.
William Moore – 6’3 Wing/Guard – Atlanta Timberwolves 2023
Moore is an underrated prospect to keep an eye on with the Atlanta Timberwolves. He showed he’s not afraid to operate off the bounce and get to his spots in the paint. He’s also quite the playmaker and shooter on the perimeter with good upside in the backcourt.
De’kaveon Taylor – 6’4 Wing/Forward – OWE-RW3
Taylor was an active two-way presence for OWE-RW3 as they applied tremendous pressure all game long to set the tone on defense. He used his length/frame well to create turnovers, rebound the ball and knock down shots on the perimeter. He’s a budding name to know out of Louisiana with nice tools.
Buddy Hammer – 6’6 Forward – Hi Octane
Hammer was another big man that showed off his ability to operate in the paint and create chaos for opponents in their opening game. He finished with 27 points as an active rim presence that used his size well to make things happen. He’ll be one to keep eyes on this weekend.
Chris Carpenter Chris Carpenter 5'9" | PG Huntington | 2023 State LA – 5’9 Point Guard – OWE-RW3
Carpenter was another floor general that stood out in the early Day 1 games with his ability to lead by example. He got under defenders and made life relatively uncomfortable while showing he could get to his spots offensively as well. He’s a speedy point guard to watch in Louisiana’s 2023 class.
