<p>We dive into the positional rankings. We now look at the shooting guards for the sophomore class. </p>

<p>Here are the top-8 SG’s in the 2024 class:</p>

<p>An impressive athlete scores it fairly easily. He is a three level scorer who loves getting to the rim. He can stroke it to the 3pt line and has a pull-up. He will defend the 1-4 for the Saints. </p>

<p>One of the better physiques in the class is a beast getting downhill. He carves up space with his strength. long strides and decent handle. He can make plays and defends multiple positions. </p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="996170" first="Christian" last="Holly"] <strong>Millennium </strong></p>
<p>A bouncy two-guard showed some flashes of brilliance this season. He is very fast in the open court and he can defend. He can also shoot perimeter jumpers plus is very good in transition. </p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="1135515" first="Noah" last="Gifft"] <strong>Ironwood</strong></p>
<p>The top standstill catch-3pt shooter in the class. He squares up perfectly and uses a quick trigger before the defense gets to him. He smartly moves without the ball and has a good floor game. </p>

<p>An athletic two-way defensive guard who can score. He brings good energy on both sides of the court and has open court speed. He gets hot from mid to the 3pt line and can get to rim. </p>

<p>A physical two-sport stud uses his football frame to get downhill and score. He creates his own offense with his handle and scores through contact easily. He can also defend multiple positions with strength and his physicality. </p>

<p>A high IQ sharp shooter plays from the neck up. He can pull-up easily from mid to the three and is a crafty scorer and upper body strength to get downhill. He has enough ball skills to get his shot off on his own. </p>

<p>A strong framed two-way guard can score on all three levels. He can power his way into the lane with his sturdy frame and decent handle. He can shoot it from both levels and defend. </p>
