BIG RAPIDS
Big Rapids capped off a great season with a Central State Activities Association Gold Division championship. It’s their second straight conference title. The Dunn twins, Mason Dunn and Dawson Dunn, have played excellent basketball and played a huge role in their success. Demarcus Lee Demarcus Lee 5'11" | PG Big Rapids | 2022 State MI did a nice job as a facilitator as well.
FENNVILLE
Fennville won a piece of the SAC Lakeshore Division Championship. Fennville featured a solid all around team with players like Ben Peterson Ben Peterson 6'0" | PG Fenville | 2023 State MI leading the way. Peterson is a top 70 2023 prospect in the state.
HAMTRAMCK
Hamtramck put together a special season, winning the Michigan Metro Athletic Conference for the second year in a row. They have a loaded roster with stars like D1 talent Robert Davis Jr. and one of the top perimeter defenders in the state in Amari Allen Amari Allen 6'2" | PG Hamtramck | 2023 State MI .
OLIVET
Olivet proved to be one of the toughest teams around, fighting their way to a Greater Lansing Activities Conference championship. It’s their first conference title since 2018. Olivet was led by players like Bo Lincoln who is a tough scorer and all around athlete, and Brayden Wine Brayden Wine 6'4" | PF Olivet | 2023 State MI who is a tough and physical prospect with a high upside.
SCHOOLCRAFT
Schoolcraft brought home a share of the SAC Valley Division title. Tyler Degroote Tyler Degroote 6'7" | SG Schoolcraft | 2022 State MI was key in their title run, using his positional strength and ability to score from multiple levels. Asher Puhalski Asher Puhalski 6'2" | SG Schoolcraft | 2022 State MI put in work at events like Flight Hankamp Open Runs, and most obviously prepared himself for what has been an excellent senior season.
SUMMIT ACADEMY
Summit Academy has continued to get better as the season rolled along, and it led to them winning the Western Wayne Athletic Conference title. Dontez Scott Dontez Scott 6'0" | PG Summit Academy North | 2024 State MI used his elite handles and fast first step to lead the team while Raevon Thomas Raevon Thomas 6'7" | PF Summit Academy North | 2022 State MI and his length manned the interior.
WATERVLIET
This talented team won a share of the SAC Lakeshore Division championship. Andrew Chisek, a senior guard, was outstanding the entire season providing experience and leadership. Kaiden Bierhalter showed a lot of upside as a sophomore wing.
