<p>It was a busy night on the Indiana High School Basketball scene. Let’s dive right in to some of the top performances from around the state.</p>

<li>The first game I was at today was Crispus Attucks vs. Gary 21st Century. Despite trailing by as many as 15 points in the 3rd, the Cougars came roaring back to win 83-79. [player_tooltip player_id="868220" first="Ashton" last="Williamson"] scored 15 of his game-high 34 points and 8 assists to lead 21st Century to victory. [player_tooltip player_id="1160677" first="Quintin" last="Floyd"] added 19 points while [player_tooltip player_id="1042493" first="D.J." last="Moss"] chipped in 17. [player_tooltip player_id="870284" first="Christian" last="Nunn"] had 26 points and 7 rebounds for Attucks in the loss.</li>
<li>In the evening, I caught Mount Vernon (Fortville) against Whiteland. The Marauders got 18 points, 6 rebounds, and 4 assists from [player_tooltip player_id="870220" first="Amhad" last="Jarrard"] in their 70-64 victory. [player_tooltip player_id="870268" first="Armon" last="Jarrard"] and Avery Williams Jr. each added 15 points. Drew Higdon scored a team-high 16 points in the loss for Whiteland while [player_tooltip player_id="870229" first="Maxwell" last="Sullivan"] had 15 points and 11 rebounds.</li>
<li>[player_tooltip player_id="870222" first="Braden" last="Smith"] went for 28 points as Westfield knocked off Carmel 43-42 in front of a sold out crowd. [player_tooltip player_id="1042491" first="Sam" last="Orme"] had 16 for Carmel. </li>
<li>Valparaiso handed Penn their first loss of the season, 74-73. The Vikings used a big fourth quarter to pull out the win. [player_tooltip player_id="935722" first="Mason" last="Jones"] led the way with 22 points, 6 rebounds, and 6 assists. [player_tooltip player_id="1049169" first="Markus" last="Burton"] had 35 in the loss for Penn.</li>
<li>Kokomo beat Fort Wayne Northrop 67-66 on the back of another huge night from 6’10" sophomore big man Flory Bidunga. He finished with 28 points, 24 rebounds, and 7 blocks. [player_tooltip player_id="870219" first="Jalen" last="Jackson"] had 36 in the loss for the Bruins.</li>
<li>New Castle defeated Connersville 53-45. [player_tooltip player_id="1160680" first="Gavin" last="Welch"] scored 16 points as the Trojans moved to 9-2 on the season.</li>
<li>Elhadj Diallo scored 22 points while [player_tooltip player_id="1275779" first="Kanon" last="Catchings"] added 15 to lead Brownsburg over Avon 61-52 in the Hendricks County Tournament Championship. Chrishon McCrary scored 22 points for the Orioles.</li>
<li>It was a big night for freshman [player_tooltip player_id="1297057" first="Jaymen" last="Townsend"] scoring 25 points for Marion. However, they fell to Fort Wayne South Side 79-57.</li>
<li>[player_tooltip player_id="870228" first="Bobby" last="Wonnell"] scored 24 points in Taylor’s 62-43 loss to Mississinewa.</li>
