This extended list may include players that posted quality numbers for their teams. Moreover, it will show prospects that played above there stat lines.
Here we go with part two…
Chris George – Royal Palm Beach
2021 Chris George averaged 14.9 points and 12.2 rebounds on 56 percent shooting from the field this season. While those are fantastic numbers, I still don’t think George is getting his due. The 6-foot-7 forward had strong performances against some of the best competition in Palm Beach County. Against Dwyer, George had 16 points and 16 rebounds on 6-of-12 shooting from the field. In one contest against Wellington, he had 16 points and 13 rebounds on 7-of-10 shooting. His size and athleticism makes him a huge factor on both ends of the floor. Will Van Hook – Wellington
2021 Will Van Hook did a bit of everything for the Wolverines this season. The 6-foot-3 point guard averaged 10.4 points, 6.4 rebounds and 4.3 assists per game. I particularly like his production on the glass. Van Hook had six games with eight or more boards. Against Lake Worth, Van Hook had 19 points, ten rebounds and six assists on 6-of-13 shooting from the field. In another contest against Dwyer, he scored another 16 points and knocked down a pair of 3-pointers. Van Hook’s passing ability netted him ten games with five or more assists. Even when he struggled shooting, he found other ways to be productive. Against Forest Hill, he grabbed eight rebounds and dished out five assists.
Allen Predelus – Village Academy
2021 Allen Predelus averaged 9.4 points and 7.1 rebounds for the Tigers this season. However, he seemed to raise his game in big time matchups. In two contests against Wellington, Predelus scored 34 points and grabbed eleven rebounds. Both of those scoring outputs were season highs.
Adrian Cruz Adrian Cruz 6'3" | PG Sagemont | 2022 State FL – Miami Southwest
2022 Adrian Cruz Adrian Cruz 6'3" | PG Sagemont | 2022 State FL guided Miami Southwest to a 16-3 overall record this season. The 6-foot-2 guard averaged 16.7 points, 5.4 rebounds, 4.9 assists and 2.7 steals per game on 54 percent shooting from the field. Moreover, Cruz scored 18 or more points in nine games. Against South Miami, Cruz had 20 points, four rebounds and four assists on 8-of-18 shooting from the field. He also scored 29 points against North Miami and 16 points in one contest against Columbus. Cruz combined to shoot 18-of-28 in those games. He will be a huge factor with the graduation of 2021 Gabriel Gonzalez.
Danny Del Riesgo Danny Del Riesgo 6'5" | SF Belen Jesuit | 2021 State FL – Belen Jesuit
2021 Danny Del Riesgo Danny Del Riesgo 6'5" | SF Belen Jesuit | 2021 State FL had a terrific senior season for the Wolverines. The 6-foot-5 forward averaged 14 points and 6.1 rebounds per game. Moreover, 51 of his boards came on the offensive glass. Against Miami Norland, Del Riesgo scored 23 points on eight field goals. He scored 18 points against Coral Gables and had 16 versus Dade Christian. Those are all nice outputs against quality competition. Del Riesgo helped Belen Jesuit to a 16-9 record.
Joey Brown Joey Brown 6'3" | PG Florida Christian | 2021 State FL – Florida Christian
2021 Joey Brown Joey Brown 6'3" | PG Florida Christian | 2021 State FL will be tough to replace next season for the Patriots. The 6-foot-3 point guard averaged 14.3 points and 5.2 rebounds on 48 percent shooting from the field. That is a solid efficiency when you consider the pace Florida Christian plays at. Brown had nine games where he shot 55 percent or better from the field. Against Columbus, he scored a season-high 31 points on 13-of-22 from the floor. He also scored 20 points and went 4-of-8 from deep versus North Broward Prep. In addition, he knocked down four 3-pointers against Windermere (17-6) and finished with 23 points. A very nice shooter with solid size in the backcourt.
