Tuesday District Games to Watch

<p>Here’s a look at some of the top games on the district schedule tonight.</p> <p><strong>Caldwell County vs Madisonville - </strong>Junior <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1151174" first="Jabrion" last="Spikes"] </strong>and the Tigers face off against <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="922997" first="Kale" last="Gaither"]</strong> and the Maroons. This is their third meeting with Madisonville winning the previous two.</p> <p><strong>Owensboro Catholic vs Daviess County - </strong>They only played once in the season and Catholic won by 4. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="926896" first="JiAirius" last="Webb"] </strong>and <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="801607" first="Brian" last="Griffith"]</strong> are tough to stop but <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="932796" first="Cole" last="Burch"] and [player_tooltip player_id="1126608" first="Jack" last="Payne"]</strong> are a tough duo for the Panthers.</p> <p><strong>Taylor County vs Marion County - </strong>One of the best games in the first round has to be this battle between <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="926883" first="James" last="Jewell"]’s </strong>Knights and <strong>Carson Watson and Connor Wise </strong>of Taylor. </p> <p><strong>Doss vs DeSales - </strong>This has to be the best matchup in the state as <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1022244" first="Tony" last="Moss"] and [player_tooltip player_id="1032014" first="Inslee" last="Carroll"]</strong> take on <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="922992" first="Sekou" last="Kalle"] and [player_tooltip player_id="1032006" first="Devin" last="Perry"]</strong>. There will be a lot of scoring in this one and either team is capable of winning region.</p> <p><strong>Western vs Butler - </strong>Senior <strong>Jahnoi Lee </strong>and Sophomore <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="932793" first="Ondre" last="Wicks"]</strong> are going to be looking to pull the upset and lead the young Warriors past the host Bears. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1065813" first="Tae" last="Dozier"] and [player_tooltip player_id="926926" first="Chance" last="Garner"]</strong> are a tough duo for Butler.</p> <p><strong>Jeffersontown vs Bullitt East - </strong>Another sleeper pick for game of the night as the Chargers and <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="926886" first="Turrell" last="Cleaves"] </strong>take on <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="926920" first="Tucker" last="Blanford"]</strong> and the also Chargers.</p> <p><strong>CAL vs Eastern - </strong>Battle of top guards as <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1043600" first="George" last="Washington III"] </strong>and CAL take on <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="692942" first="Christian" last="Spalding"] </strong>and the Eagles. Eastern has struggled this season but a win tonight puts them in the mix for a region title run.</p> <p><strong>North Oldham vs South Oldham - </strong>North will rely on <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="932769" first="Dallas" last="Roberts"] and [player_tooltip player_id="932778" first="Ian" last="Higdon"] </strong>while South will hope for big games from <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="926897" first="Ben" last="Michel"] and [player_tooltip player_id="926935" first="Cole" last="Davis"].</strong></p> <p><strong>Beechwood vs Covington Holy Cross - </strong>The top game in Northern KY pits <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="922991" first="Scotty" last="Draud"] and [player_tooltip player_id="923045" first="Will" last="Downton"] </strong>against <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="932767" first="Jacob" last="Meyer"] and [player_tooltip player_id="923034" first="Blake" last="Robinson"].</strong></p> <p><strong>Harlan County vs Bell County - </strong>Freshman <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="939116" first="Trent" last="Noah"]</strong> leads Harlan County against a Bell County team that has won 11 of their last 13 games. <strong>Cameron Burnett</strong> is a force for Bell.</p>
