Ayden Klein, MOC-Floyd Valley: Ayden has been a scoring machine thus far for MOC-Floyd Valley. Klein is an all-around solid player. On the offensive side of the ball, Klein averages 16.9 points a game along with 4.0 assists. Defensively, Klein averages a steal and a half a game and grabs 2.8 rebounds a game.
Chase Low, Charles City: The 6’3″ forward for the Comets is second on the team in scoring (13.1), and the team leader in rebounds (6.2). Shooting just 4/35 from three, Low does a lot of his scoring from mid-range and in the paint. Low is building off of a solid freshman campaign he had last year.

, Monticello: Averaging 12.9 points a game for the Panthers, Petersen is a very skilled guard. Tate’s basketball IQ is through the roof. He is a great passer on offense (4.6 apg), and is handsy on defense (2.7 spg).

, Indianola: Coming off a very solid freshman year, Kingery has only improved this year. Averaging 18.0 points a game, Kingery is very good at getting to his spots to knock down shots. This past AAU season with Beyond Ball, Kingery showed off his athleticism and his ability to finish in the paint.

, Cedar Rapids Washington: The leads the Warriors in three categories: rebounds per game (7.2), assists per game (1.8), and blocks per game (1.8). The 6’5″ forward is averaging 13.1 points a game, and is also very solid defensively and on the glass. Sain is very athletic, can get to the rim, and is very good around the hoop.

The 5’10″ guard can do it all: shoot from mid-range and behind the arc, score in the paint, and facilitate to teammates (4.8 apg).

The 6’9″ forward is putting up solid numbers for the Warriors, averaging 12.0 points a game and 8.2 rebounds a game. Biliew hasn’t hit from three but is shooting an effective 61.3% from the field, and an impressive 91.7% from the free-throw line. Biliew can do it all on both sides of the ball, and is uber athletic.

, Waukee: Playing on an absolutely loaded Waukee team, Pryce is averaging 8.8 points a game to go with 4.6 rebounds and 2.4 assists a game. Playing alongside his brother Payton, Pryce is very efficient from the field. He has a smooth shot, shooting 57.9% from three. The 6’5″ guard isn’t just a shooter, he’s very good at getting to the hoop and finishing at the rim.
Chase Henderson Chase Henderson 6'0" | PG Hoover | 2023 State IA , Des Moines Hoover: Through two games for Hoover, Henderson is averaging huge numbers (23.5 ppg and 7.5 apg). With a high basketball IQ, good handles, a smooth shot, and the ability to get to the hoop, Henderson is a very solid point guard. Only two games in, we’ll see if Henderson can keep putting up these kind of numbers.
