While I was not able to be physically in attendance at the Nets on Fire facility, I caught most of the action via the BallerTV livestream and will go through a long list of top performers, sleepers and stock raisers from the camp. Below is my second set of standouts from the Top 75 Cream of the Crop game.
Brayden Kyman, 2025, EAMS (CA) – Kyman was one of the younger prospects in attendance, but it didn’t deter him from putting his stamp on the event. The 6-foot-5 wing has an impressive all-around skill-set for someone who hasn’t entered high school yet. He impacted the game offensively with his perimeter shooting ability and with the way he moves off the ball to find open space and finish in the lane. He will be a prospect to track long term as he comes from great athletic bloodlines as his brother, Jake Kyman, is heading into his sophomore year at UCLA.
Jackson Floyd, 2023, Ferris (WA) – Floyd showed his knockdown shooting ability from three-point range and is especially consistent from the short corners where his quick release and shot-readiness make him the perfect drive-and-kick target. The sophomore guard gave great energy and effort defensively, as well, picking up his assignment three-quarter court and made it difficult for opposing ball-handlers to initiate offense.
Mason Hudnall, 2022, Dublin (CA) – The wiry junior wing had a lot of bounce in his step at this event. At 6-feet-6, Hudnall is a tough cover for your average high school power forward due to his ability to step out and knock down face-up three-pointers with ease or attack driving lanes, cover ground quickly with his long strides and finis hat the basket. Hudnall showed major improvement with his ball skills and shot creating ability since we last saw him.
Rockwell Reynolds Rockwell Reynolds 6'8" | PF Santa Margarita | 2023 State CA-S , 2023, Santa Margarita (CA) – Reynolds is another promising Santa Margarita big man who used this event to get his name on the radar. The 6-foot-8 sophomore center reminds us a little bit of a young Wilhelm Breidenbach Wilhelm Breidenbach 6'8" | PF Mater Dei | 2021 State #91 Nation CA-S because of his mobility, great defensive timing and all-around court awareness on both ends of the floor. While Wilhelm was more advanced offensively at this stage of his development, Reynolds makes his mark on the defensive end with his shot blocking and contesting around the basket.
