Elijah Hardison the 6”7 rim protector from Xaverian HS is going to stay home and play for St Francis of Brooklyn in the NEC. He is an athletic big. A very good rebounder. St Francis coaching staff believe he has tremendous upside offensively. They expect him to become a skilled big man.
Aidan Hilldebrand, Iona Prep’s 6”5 Mr everything will play at D2 Pace University. He is a fierce competitor and rebounder. Will sacrifice himself for his team. They will love his desire to win.
Keeshawn Jones a 6”2 combo guard also from Iona Prep will be headed to D3 Western Connecticut State. The shifty guard gets to the rim through contact. But he can also hit the three. He shot 45% from three last season. Securing this player was a nice pick up for the Little East Conference school.
Mick Brown the 6”3 energetic player will go to Molloy College a D2 school on Long Island. He won’t have to get used to the name on the front of his jersey it is the same as his high school. Molloy always gets the really good shooter who plays his tail off, so they will love Mick.
Speedy Carcamo a point guard from Molloy HS will be attending Woodstock Academy in Connecticut. His name fits. He is an extremely quick player who can really shoot the ball.
Iona College has their new coach Rick Pitino. He knows if in New York take a trip to Christ The King HS for players. He came away with Ryan Myers. A second-team all N Y state player. He is a great shooter with a good handle. He can play the 1 or the 2. But what Iona is going to love is he’s a relentless defender.
Sterling Jones Sterling Jones 5'10" | PG Christ The King | 2021 State NY a 5”10 true point guard can score in a variety of ways. Really good at getting into the lane and finishing. Also possess a nice mid range game. Bryant university and Iona are two of the schools checking on him.
Isiah Grant a 6”4 slasher to the rim. He is still available. A tough player who is very good beyond the arc. From Molloy HS so the team to get him will be getting a guy who knows how to play the game.
St. Joseph’s College on Long Island has done a very good job of getting out and recruiting players. They are all over and come away with a Queens player. Becir Hot a 6”2 player from St Francis Prep. He can shoot the three. Really good stand still shooter. Should be a nice piece for the up and coming program.
