<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="811092" first="Julian" last="Roper"] (G, Orchard Lake St. Mary’s)</strong></p>
<p>Roper has just announced his commitment to Northwestern University. Roper was the first 2021 commit for the Wildcats Roper will be teaming up with Clarkston’s [player_tooltip player_id="629026" first="Matt" last="Nicholson"] a big opponent for the Eaglets this past season where they battled in an early-season matchup. Roper coming off a dominate year plagued by the virus looks to improve his senior season numbers and prepare to help lead the Eaglets to the top in his final season before he takes off to Evanston!</p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="811091" first="Pierre" last="Brooks"] II (G/F, Fredrick Douglass)</strong></p>
<p>Brooks early last week announced his commitment to Michigan State University as he will be the newest member of the Spartans out of Detroit joining Rocket Watts. Brooks II had a dominant junior season with Douglass this year averaging 23 points per game while also contributing on the rebounding with 7 rebounds per game, Brooks II showed complete dominance on the court this past season going into his senior season you can only imagine the improvement between the 2 years with a longer offseason leaving the 6’5 guard a lot of time to improve his game the Spartans gained an amazing athlete.</p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="611404" first="Kobe" last="Bufkin"] (G, Grand Rapids Christian)</strong></p>
<p>Bufkin has received some amazing news these past few weeks receiving an offer from the University Of Michigan, and Mizzou. The 6’4 guard has a lot of offers to choose from with his senior season approaching and picking up the latest 2 offers has made his decision even harder. Bufkin is currently sitting at #2 in the state the 6’4 guard has been nothing short of spectacular for the Grand Rapids Christian family these past years leading his crew in points and assists going into his senior year Bufkin has one goal help lead his team to East Lansing!</p>
