<p><i>Let’s take a look at some of the best left handed hoopers from across the state. With some players already committed while others are still under the radar, we have a nice mixture of players you may or may not know</i>. </p>
<p class="p1"><b>Village Christian Senior Zavian Mclean</b>: Its been a heck of a season for this young man and he proved himself as one of the best in the state. Breaking plenty of records, winning a conference championship and reaching the state championship, he not only proved his individual ability but also the fact that he is a winner. Columbia University is picking up a special player that will impact a campus on and off the court.</p>
<p><b>Northwood Temple Sophomore Guard [player_tooltip player_id="932089" first="Jaquantae" last="Harris"]</b>: In his first year of playing private school basketball, he proved himself as one of the best players in the area regardless of classifications. He has a smooth game and displayed the ability to score on multiple levels as well as being a solid defender.</p>
<p><b>Moravian Prep Senior Guard [player_tooltip player_id="572965" first="Shakeel" last="Moore"]</b>: The NC state signee has shown his talent across the state these past few years on both sides of the ball. His athleticism is what’s talked about on a regular basis but his just as good on the defensive side of the ball.</p>
<p><b>Grace Christian Senior Guard Phil Martin Jr</b>: He was called on to be a leader for a team that lost a high amount of star power and he answered the call. Scoring the ball at a nice level but also providing much needed leadership which should carry over to the next level. Earlier today he made his college decision official as he chose to attend Piedmont College in Georgia. </p>
<p><b>Ben L Smith Senior Guard [player_tooltip player_id="833093" first="Silas" last="Mason"]</b>: The combination of size, skill and wingspan makes him a special prospect that numerous D1 programs have offered. For the season he averaged 20 Points while pulling down 7 Rebounds and leading his team to a 21-8 record.
